After using Makerobos for quite some time, it has proven to be extremely dependable. The automatic lead collection has saved us a lot of time and manual effort. “Outstanding semantic search results”

Running this tool on our Shopify store which carries thousands of beauty products, has made a noticeable difference in how customers search and discover items. The semantic search, backed by Shopify's AI search capabilities, helps people find the right products much faster and with far less effort. Another big plus is the ability to train the AI using multiple data sources which gives us the flexibility to refine the search experience and improve accuracy and relevance over time. The AI insights have also been incredibly valuable, giving us detailed analytics on customer interactions that have helped us strengthen both our product strategy and customer support. On top of that, the feedback system for improving AI responses works really well. It lets us continuously adjust and improve chatbot replies using real-time information so the overall user experience keeps getting better.
