Drashti K.
Mid-Market, 500+ employees
“centralized knowledge hub”
Pros
Having all our team knowledge in one central place has been a big win. It feels familiar to use, much like the public version but it's more private and tailored for internal collaboration. The ability to save posts, vote on answers and mark the best solution really helps with sharing knowledge effectively. Slack integration is also very useful for finding and sharing answers quickly and it has made onboarding new team members much faster.
Cons
Search does not always return the most relevant results right away, so sometimes I need to tweak the keywords to find what I'm looking for. Also, features such as analytics and more advanced settings are locked behind the higher-tier paid plans.

“faster onboarding and searchable knowledge”
Pros
Bringing IT-style structured knowledge sharing into our internal workspace has cut down on repeated questions and made documented solutions much easier to locate. The tagging and search features are effective and they've noticeably helped speed up onboarding for developers.
Cons
Admin dashboard isn't especially simple and setting up permissions and SSO integration took some trial and error. The interface also feels a bit dated and a full dark mode would make it more comfortable to use.
