“Well-structured interface”
Pros
From the portal itself, it covers several essential areas for tracking a group and even a specific customer extension or number. Speaking from a company focused on cloud computing services, the interface feels well organized, looks polished and makes it very clear what each option is for. It's also simple to use so it doesn't become confusing.
Cons
There have been occasional connectivity issues and at times the desktop app has also caused problems but those inconveniences have been resolved quickly with help from the WeKall support team.

“Smooth transition”
Pros
Switching to this software turned out to be much simpler than we expected. We have been using the solution for more than two years and during that time we have not had any connectivity issues so the service level has been practically 100%. It helped us lower our fixed telephony costs and also connect all departments in the company through extensions. We originally thought moving from traditional telephony to IP would cause disruptions but that never happened. The reports generated by the software which need to be requested, have also been very useful for understanding how our employees are spending their time on phone calls.
Cons
At this point, I really do not have any major objection to the service or the software. If anything, I think it offers many advantages that we still have not fully explored. The only issue we ran into was that calls made from the software were showing strange international numbers. However, with guidance from the WeKall team, we were able to fix it by assigning a fixed number of our choice so that all outgoing calls displayed that selected number.
