“Does the job perfectly”
Pros
It's easy to check schedules and set up customers for service. Navigating is also simple and the hot buttons at the top help me quickly get where I need to go.
Cons
My only issue is when it logs me out and I have to reenter my login credentials.

“Easy to use but could be better”
Pros
The ease of use and the ability to push data directly to CDK is fantastic. The package options are also a big plus for customers, making them feel more comfortable by allowing them to choose from various packages tailored to their needs.
Cons
The text messaging system could use some improvements. It would be great to have more options besides just "Mark as Read" or "Send Text Message." Having the ability to text customers directly without opening a repair order or setting up an appointment would be a big help, especially for customers with only a few questions.
