“Place for RV fixes”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated about Digital Wrench was the work order format. It's clear, simple and easy to understand, which made it simple to share with our retail customers.
Cons
I wasn't a fan of the interface in Digital Wrench. I found myself having to backtrack a lot to find the information I needed across different parts of the software. also customer support is basically non-existent unless you're willing to pay for it.

“Functions perfectly”
Pros
It also has an extensive parts inventory, which was a big factor for us when we were looking for shop software. plus I really like that there are several different work order formats to choose from.
Cons
I'd love to see more reporting options, like a report that shows all open invoices for a customer, as well as the ability to generate a report for both open and closed invoices.
