It's super easy to use and really flexible. I was able to learn it quickly and training new employees is also very easy.

I really regret choosing RO Writer. They overcharged us and then claimed they didn't. They basically took $1500 from us and wouldn't fix it.
Cons
The billing department is a joke. They're basically thieves! The sales and tech departments aren't any help either.
