“fantastic support team”

Pros

Right from onboarding, the customer support has been excellent and the value for money has been really strong. They were very helpful throughout the entire process of getting the system changes in place.

Cons

There's nothing we've had an issue with. Even the web portal works very well especially for something we don't need to use that often.

“handy number management tools”

Pros

Getting started with it is easy and assigning numbers to users takes very little time. It's also simple to see which numbers are free which ones are already assigned and who they've been allocated to. The tagging system is especially helpful when it comes to reporting.

Cons

At times changes are made without any notice which can be frustrating. It also occasionally disconnects, then freezes or lags and some updates seem to take a while before they fully apply, possibly because of that lag.

“quick to setup”

Pros

Assigning phone numbers to users with this is simple and the numbers are ready to use almost immediately with no noticeable delay before calls can be made. Whenever we've needed assistance, the customer support team has been consistently helpful.

Cons

One limitation is the small number of role options available in its portal. It would be much better to have more control over user permissions. For instance, running an AD sync shouldn't be restricted only to admins.
