“handy virtual work phone”
Pros
This feels like having a work phone line without needing an actual physical device which is really convenient.
Cons
Nevertheless it can be a bit unreliable as sometimes the app refuses to load and it takes several force closes before it finally starts working.

“Great instant messaging”
Pros
Instant messaging, along with voice and video calling, makes this a really good tool for team communication and collaboration.
Cons
The system feels a bit outdated now and seems to lag behind other leading products offered by different companies.

“clear call quality”
Pros
Right from the start, this delivers what you'd expect from a communication tool. Call quality is clear, the core features are simple to pick up even for someone new, the interface is user friendly and it barely uses any RAM.
Cons
In a claims processing center where it was used almost every day, its weaknesses became pretty obvious. We ran into frequent errors during call transfers, quite a few bugs when the tool was used heavily over short periods and it was missing more advanced options like music on hold or setting call transfer groups when someone was absent.

“convenient team chat options”
Pros
Having different ways to communicate with other employees through the app is really useful and makes staying in touch much more convenient.
Cons
The downside is that it only worked if we had the Cisco servers in place so it depended on that setup.

It works well for most part for company wide integration especially for internal messaging and staying connected across teams.

There are times when it lags and that can get in the way of speed and overall productivity.

“useful CRM integration”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how well it ties into our CRM and phone system. When a customer calls from a number already saved on their account, their profile automatically pulls up in the CRM so we can jump in right away and help without wasting any time.
Cons
Honestly, I think every business could benefit from having this. I really don't have any complaints.

“Features are too basic”
Pros
Getting started is very simple. The interface feels user friendly so you can begin chatting right away and quickly check the status of other users without any confusion.
Cons
At the same time, it feels quite limited, both in its design and in how it works. There's no option to add images in the chat, such as screenshots and you also can't use emojis or similar elements. Another thing I'm not a fan of is that past conversations from previous days aren't available since the messages and dates don't seem to be saved.

“helpful screen sharing function”
Pros
Being able to jump on a video call while sharing my screen is really helpful when I need to walk through possible issues in an app with someone.
Cons
The one part of this tool I'm not a fan of is the emoji style, they look a bit too cartoonish and I'd rather they had a more professional look.

“drives positive change at work”
Pros
Across our departments, this tool has really helped build a more collaborative environment. Its impact is noticeable in the weekly web conferences that bring everyone together in one place. During those meetings, people feel included and actually get the chance to share their ideas. When we need to send messages to a large group, this software works very well as the platform for that. It feels like a complete solution with a clear vision for driving positive change.
Cons
Between the instant team messaging and the voice and video calling features, this software does exactly what I need it to do and delivers solid results so I dont really have anything to complain about.

“Great for remote work”
Pros
It comes in handy whenever I'm away from the office, whether I'm working remotely or from another location. When I'm off site, it works reliably around 90% of the time.
Cons
At times it can be inconsistent even when I'm on site using the local Wi Fi though that may be tied to an internal issue that still hasn't been resolved.

“easy to make calls from anywhere”
Pros
With this a compact window stays on the desktop which is really practical. It gives you the benefits of a desk phone without the usual drawbacks and you can also use it while traveling or working away from the office.
Cons
Changing habits in a company can be difficult. Some people still miss the traditional physical phone since here it's replaced by a microphone and headset.

Pros
The software has been really useful for staying in touch with coworkers quickly and sharing my screen during conversations is very convenient. The call forwarding feature is another thing I really appreciate.
