“helps cut costs”
Pros
Using it over VPN feels a lot like having an office phone at home. It works very well, helps cut costs compared to regular phone bills and makes it possible to call anywhere.
Cons
The only downside is that call stability can depend on your internet provider so occasional disconnections may happen.

Everything feels quite easy to use and I really appreciate having all my communication brought together in one place.
Cons
It does feel like some of the more advanced features available on other platforms are missing here.

“basic chat features”
Pros
It gets the job done for chat and voice communication.
Cons
Next to Webex and Zoom, Jabber doesnt feel as powerful. It also doesn't integrate with Outlook as well as Webex or Zoom do.

“solid Microsoft integration”
Pros
Since everything is online it keeps things pretty convenient while covering the basic collaboration features I need and the integration with Microsoft is a definite plus.
Cons
The video conferencing and team meeting experience still has room for improvement and could be better overall.

“reliable remote calling”
Pros
A solid option for making internal company calls. It can integrate with Cisco Webex and also connect with the office desk phone. It's useful from home as well, thanks to the mobile app during remote working.
Cons
So far the desk phone hasnt properly synced with the PC software. On top of that the mobile app frequently stops working and logging in again is needed to get it running.

“Clean interface”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was the customer support because they always responded whenever I needed help. On top of that the app has a very good user interface.
Cons
Overall, everything works well but the price is unfortunately a little too high.

“Handy team chats”
Pros
Efficient, quick and dependable chat platform. We used it internally to stay in touch with the team and it worked really well for fast, casual day to day communication.
Cons
The interface looked a bit less polished than some other tools, at least to me. Notifications could also be a little easy to miss at times but it never caused any major issues.

“collaboration that empowers teams”
Pros
Jabber is a user friendly tool that fits well with the way modern enterprises work today. It gives teams a new approach to collaboration and helps the organization become more connected and productive. Jabber works well within the enterprise network but when you add SIP trunking or Cisco cloud services, it turns into a more complete solution for managing audio and video conferencing, chat, FTP sharing and more. Its evolution has now continued into the Webex app.
Cons
There are no cons to add here.
