Pros
I've found getting started with it has been a positive experience overall especially because the chat support makes it much easier for me to learn my way around the platform. Being able to send texts and chat with my customers through social media has been really useful for my business.
Cons
I'm still in the learning phase and a few of the features feel a little more advanced than what my business needs right now. That said I do appreciate being able to connect it with Google Sheets to help create my invoices.

It was very easy for me to get started with it and linking it to PowerAutomate has been especially useful. I can also rely on it whenever I need to send company paper mail which comes in handy and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers.
Cons
Moving between tabs can occasionally make certain options a bit harder to locate. Also some parts of the interface use slightly different fonts so the design doesn't always feel fully consistent.

Right from the start, I really appreciated that getting assistance meant talking to a real person instead of AI. They were very helpful during setup and made sure everything was configured properly so the texts actually went out as expected.
Cons
Opt-in requirement can be a bit inconvenient but it has still been excellent for our communication needs. I do appreciate that they enforce opt-in for compliance and it gives me peace of mind knowing my messages are only going to people who genuinely want to receive them.

I found keeping track of study sessions, group meetups and important deadlines became a lot more manageable with it because sending alerts and reminders is so easy. As a medical student, I really valued how dependable it was for sending useful reminders to my classmates and bulk messages especially with such a packed schedule. Even without much experience using messaging platforms, I was still able to work with it comfortably because the system feels very user-friendly. It helped me stay organized throughout my studies and saved me a meaningful amount of time which matters a lot when every minute counts.
Cons
Getting started with it was a bit challenging at first and that stood out as a downside for me as an MBBS student. Since I do not have much background with bulk messaging systems, it took some time to understand how to use all of the features effectively. On top of that, customer support response times could definitely be better. There were moments when replies to questions or issues took longer than expected and that can be frustrating when trying to stay on top of classes or coordinate with classmates. For someone who is not especially tech-savvy, those parts of the experience can feel a little irritating.
