Pros

For me, using it is easy and sending alerts to my team is quick and convenient.

Cons

It would be even better with more tutorial clips or videos that show how to use it.

As a bulk SMS tool, I think it does a good job overall. The web dashboard is clean, easy and didn't take me long to get familiar with.

Cons

The mobile app could really be improved since sending SMS feels better there. It also doesn't refresh automatically which is frustrating.

Being able to save campaigns, come back to them and keep editing them as needed has been a big plus for me. I don't have to finish everything in one sitting which gives me time to talk through any changes and update the campaign later when needed.

One thing I'd like to see improved is message refreshing in the app. It would be much better to just pull down and refresh as new messages come in instead of having to close the app completely and reopen it every time.

One thing that really stands out about it is how much functionality it offers and how the company keeps improving its products over time. It works well for all kinds of businesses and the platform is practical, user-friendly and genuinely useful. It plays a big part in helping me manage my business day to day and stay in regular contact with customers.

The biggest downside for me is the pricing especially compared with other companies in the same space that offer lower rates. This is mostly noticeable with the SMS service. Since many of us use pay-as-you-go plans or send messages in bulk, the costs can add up quickly at a larger scale. On top of that, I've had some occasions where SMS delivery to customers hasn't been completely reliable.
