Honestly there isn't a whole lot for me to praise about it aside from the fact that it's backed by Message Media/Sinch which gives it a bit more credibility. I do appreciate that their pricing is fairly transparent though. It's a simple pay-as-you-go model with no long-term commitment and that's really the main reason I'd rate it 2/5 instead of 1/5.

It feels outdated as a platform and the pricing is pretty expensive when you compare it to Twilio. On top of that, they only provide a 99.95% uptime guarantee which falls short of the 99.99% standard most people expect.

Sending messages in bulk is really easy for me with this tool, whether I'm using a saved contact list or uploading a new one.
