“Helpful chat and texting tools”
Pros
I've found getting started with it has been a positive experience overall especially because the chat support makes it much easier for me to learn my way around the platform. Being able to send texts and chat with my customers through social media has been really useful for my business.
Cons
I'm still in the learning phase and a few of the features feel a little more advanced than what my business needs right now. That said I do appreciate being able to connect it with Google Sheets to help create my invoices.

Pros
For me, messaging has been very dependable, with fast delivery and a platform that's easy to navigate. Connecting it with other tools is also uncomplicated and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Pricing feels like it could be a bit more competitive for users handling large volumes and every now and then the reporting dashboard is a little slow to refresh.

Pros
It was very easy for me to get started with it and linking it to PowerAutomate has been especially useful. I can also rely on it whenever I need to send company paper mail which comes in handy and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers.
Cons
Moving between tabs can occasionally make certain options a bit harder to locate. Also some parts of the interface use slightly different fonts so the design doesn't always feel fully consistent.
