Pros
Using it feels simple and enjoyable. On top of that the customer service has been excellent as well.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it. I've been happy with every part of it.

“top tier support”
Pros
Lemlist has been exactly what I needed to safely "clean" my large old lists especially when used together with lemwarm. The software itself is excellent, the user experience feels best in class and the customer support is honestly the best I've ever dealt with.
Cons
So far, I'm satisfied and haven't noticed anything I didn't like. I haven't used the sales side yet but I'm planning to.

“helps us avoid the spam folder”
Pros
A big advantage is how well it helps maximize direct outreach to prospects without ending up in spam or promotional folders.
Cons
It's fairly expensive so you really need to keep a steady email database or stay active with follow ups to make the cost worthwhile.

Its very simple to generate leads through cold email outreach with this app.

A downside was the inconvenience that came up when lemwarm and lemlist were split into separate products.

“powerful personalization capabilities”
Pros
Some of the best parts is how strong the personalization is especially features like adding variables to images. The platform is very user friendly and the Customer Success team is outstanding they usually respond within 2 to 3 minutes and share plenty of helpful resources to make sure users get results. The multi platform functionality is another big plus as well.
Cons
There are two areas where it could be better. First, the reporting gives basic campaign stats but it lacks the kind of insight that helps teams prioritize action. For example, it would be really useful to have something like a leaderboard showing the most engaged leads across a campaign on all platforms so the sales team knows exactly who to target first. I'd also love to see automated recommendations based on lessons learned from other customers, similar to how Gong offers coaching tips for improving customer calls. The second gap is in automation rules. Right now, there's no true if this then that logic for building different workflows based on lead behavior. For instance if someone doesn't reply on LinkedIn after 3 days, it should be possible to automatically move that sequence over to email.

“useful scam checks”
Pros
Getting started wasnt difficult and the platform feels simple to use day to day. The scam check and lemwarm features are really useful and the customer support has been excellent whenever help was needed.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is in tasks as there's no option to delete a lead after it appears there.

“reliable platform with stellar support”
Pros
Right from the start, this product has delivered exactly what it promises and it's done so without any issues. It's also obvious the team puts a lot of effort into making it better all the time, with steady improvements happening regularly. On top of that the customer support deserves a special mention because it's honestly the best I've ever dealt with friendly, personal and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Some smaller things could still be improved, along with one bigger issue, at least in my view. I've already passed that feedback along to their product manager so I'm confident it's being taken seriously. I've also heard from others that it isn't the most affordable option out there although I'm not the one managing the budget myself.

“great cold email features”
Pros
This is an excellent tool for running cold email campaigns. One thing I really appreciate is the creative functionality especially personalized images in emails which a lot of other platforms don't offer.
Cons

“smooth workflow”
Pros
Getting started with it only took a few minutes which I really appreciated.
Cons
Its weak point is definitely the delivery rate. I was surprised by how many emails ended up in spam and when I ran a campaign to the same list using a different tool, the results were much better.

“personalized outreach that stands out”
Pros
Personalized images make a real difference in cold email outreach because they help grab attention right away. On top of that the platform also offers personalized landing pages and several other useful features that make campaigns more engaging.
Cons
I'm using an LTD account and the frustrating part is that upgrading isn't possible unless I give up that LTD plan. It would be nice to see more appreciation for the early supporters who backed this app from the start by purchasing an LTD.

“overpriced with frustrating limits”
Pros
Adding new campaigns into the queue was fairly fast which I appreciated. I could duplicate an existing campaign, keep all the settings in place and then just swap in the sender and connect the right list. For agency work, that setup was useful and saved time even though getting the settings I entered to actually apply often came with a lot of server lag.
Cons
One issue that eventually got fixed but only after around four months, was how long list changes took to take effect. If I needed to remove something like 1,000 contacts from a campaign, it could take 20 to 30 minutes before they were actually gone. The HubSpot and Salesforce integrations were also poorly done. There was some level of integration but as an agency I had to learn far more about the platform than I should have just to make it function properly. I even had to adjust things inside HubSpot to customize it for this platform and there was basically no real automation interaction unless I brought in third party software. Even then, Lemlist offers very few useful triggers in Zapier. As an agency, the throttling was another major problem. If one domain had weak deliverability, their algorithm would drag everything down. I started out sending 150 to 200 emails per day from each seat and before long that dropped to 50 at most. The pricing is also hard to justify. Other tools in the same category cost about half as much and still offer better features along with stronger multi channel, cross platform integration. Support was disappointing too and felt overly pushy about getting positive reviews. A lot of the time I was told my issue either was not their responsibility or was not understood so tickets would get passed to the dev team. Then I would wait another 3 to 4 business days for a reply that came back through support instead of directly and the answer usually did not address the real issue so I had to clarify again and wait another 3 to 4 days.

“weak support”
Pros
It is useful and user friendly, with some nice features that make it pleasant to work with but it doesn't really help when the problem is related to IT.
Cons
Customer support doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the issues the tool has and they almost seem relieved when they decide the problem isn't on their side which makes it feel like they're just brushing you off.

“solid customization options”
Pros
Our team mainly uses this for customizing sales funnel emails and that part of the platform is better than any other tool I've worked with. The personalization features really stand out and do the job extremely well.
Cons
Something that would really help is better documentation and clearer instructions for using the platform. It feels like there's probably a lot more the product can do but without enough guidance, we haven't been able to fully understand or take advantage of its full potential.

“powerful outreach tool”
Pros
The app has been excellent for email outreach. When the goal is to connect with an audience that may already have some awareness of your brand, it's one of the strongest options out there. It is also one of the best tools to use with a new email address especially for improving inbox placement and sending personalized campaigns that actually land near the top of people's inboxes.
Cons
There are times when support takes a few hours to respond although they usually come back with clear answers and helpful suggestions to solve the issue. The color redesign was also a major change and took a while to adjust to especially when trying to figure out where certain new items had been moved.
