“broken reporting tool”
Pros
Their pitch is convincing and the dashboards look polished but beyond that there's no real substance and nothing about the platform feels trustworthy or reliable. Honestly, this has been the worst SaaS experience I've had and I say that as someone who runs a SaaS company.
Cons
I was persuaded to move to the enterprise plan because it came with the promise of professional onboarding which sounded worthwhile. In reality, I didn't speak to an onboarding person at all until I pushed hard and complained after five months of getting reports that made no sense. At that point it became obvious the reporting is basically unusable, lead scores from call analysis, along with opens and clicks, were all inaccurate.

“smart sales automation boost”
Pros
Setting up sales workflows isn't difficult and the AI does a solid job personalizing the messages I send. Another thing I appreciate is that it can automate small tasks too, like visiting LinkedIn profiles which saves time during outreach.
Cons
One downside is that it doesn't adapt to personal style or personality as well as some other tools do.

“setting up sequences is simple”
Pros
Pulling prospects in from LinkedIn, for example, is really convenient. Setting up sequences is simple and having A/B testing built in makes it even more useful. Customer support is also quick to respond which is a real plus.
Cons
Its monthly price still feels a bit high to me.

“support team was quick to respond”
Pros
Between the affordable pricing and the quick setup, this has been very pleasant to use. The online support team is also quick to respond which makes a real difference when questions come up.
Cons
Biggest gap for me is the limited connection between this app and HubSpot. I'd like to link a HubSpot smart list to lemlist so the workflow updates automatically whenever a new contact is added to that list.

“Powerful filters”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the large database comes with plenty of filtering options that make it really useful.
Cons
The reporting side feels a bit confusing. It would be much better with more advanced reporting features and the option to build lists directly from report results, like non openers or people who clicked.

“solid multichannel ABM platform”
Pros
This is one of the best tools I've used for multichannel campaigns especially for ABM use cases.

Pricing is based on a pay per seat model which can add up depending on team size.

“useful automation”
Pros
Out of all the email automation tools I've tried, this has been the easiest to work with. The interface feels clean and well organized and the campaign automation options are really useful. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to add an automated LinkedIn step, like having it visit a prospect's LinkedIn page automatically and then follow up with a connection request.
Cons
I did run into a few problems while setting up certain domains but I was able to get everything sorted out in the end.

“dropped support for SMTP”
Pros
Back when I was using lemlist, the platform worked well enough for me overall. The email editor was simple to work with and aside from a few minor frustrations here and there, I was generally satisfied with the product itself during those years.
Cons
Unfortunately, the support experience completely changed my view of the product. The support staff were always very polite and friendly but they were not equipped to handle technical issues and seemed to only pass along messages from the technical team. Because of that, I could never get a clear answer to specific problems I reported and those issues were never properly resolved. In the end, I had to stop fighting several important problems and switch to another provider. The breaking point came when they dropped support for SMTP, a connection type they had previously offered. There was no warning beforehand and the way they removed it actually disrupted the user experience to the point that I could no longer create new campaigns or update login credentials for those connection methods. They chose not to grandfather existing users in which is their decision to make but they also offered no refund despite the major disruption this caused for our operations team. I even reached out politely to their head office hoping to discuss the situation and I never received any response. That was especially disappointing considering how often they encouraged users to get in touch.

“putting together campaigns is easy”
Pros
Putting together campaigns is easy, with email and LinkedIn automations combined in one simple workflow. It also includes A/B split testing, plus contact enrichment and verification for both emails and LinkedIn profiles which cuts down a lot of the manual data cleaning work.
Cons
Managing contacts between different campaigns is where it gets tricky especially if you want to automatically move people into another campaign based on something they did in a separate one.

Pros
Getting started was quick and it comes packed with several useful features. The LinkedIn integration is a big plus and having access to the database makes outreach and prospecting much more practical.

“comprehensive dashboard”
Pros
Having a dashboard that brings all the campaigns together in one place is something I really appreciate.

The part I appreciate less is how difficult it is to get automated reporting, along with the lack of integration with Active Campaign.

“impressive message personalization”
Pros
This is built specifically for email marketing campaigns and it plays a big part in improving sales results. The message personalization is really impressive and works flawlessly.
Cons

“Solid outbound automation”
Pros
It has become my go to platform for sending outbound emails at scale. It lets you create really strong sequences that combine LinkedIn, email and APIs so you can even trigger things like SMS messages. The product keeps evolving too, with new features being added all the time. Once you start using the API, it opens up a whole new level of possibilities especially for doing clever follow ups based on actions like someone clicking an email.
Cons
Its HubSpot integration still needs work. Leads we import into campaigns through a HubSpot list keep getting disconnected and that happens far too often.

“platform keeps improving over time”
Pros
Getting campaigns up and running with this application feels very easy. Personalizing email messages and setting up follow ups to generate leads is simple and I've noticed they keep improving the platform over time. It's especially useful now that I can message LinkedIn contacts directly within a campaign. I can also import data straight from LinkedIn or other sources and the built in checks help prevent email addresses from bouncing.
Cons
One part that still slows me down is reviewing contacts after an import especially when I'm working on multi touch campaigns. I often have to delete risky or undeliverable emails one at a time because I still haven't figured out a way to filter them out and skip a preset batch.

“great CRM sync”
Pros
From the start, the CRM integration felt very smooth. Importing contacts from the CRM takes just one click and the platform is very user friendly overall. Managing lists along with different accounts and email setups is hassle free. Support is also impressively quick, usually replying within 15 minutes of raising a ticket. The standout feature for me is definitely Lemwarm.
Cons
The newly updated version is a little harder to navigate and still has a few bugs. That said, their team is actively working on improving it.
