“helpful lead warmup”
Pros
I've found this to be a great choice for warming up leads and prospects.
Cons
Getting it set up isn't that simple and it's definitely not a plug and play platform.

“Handles everything really well”
Pros
Putting together a personalized drip campaign is almost effortless. I use it mainly for sending proposals and setting up automatic follow ups and it handles that very well. I haven't used it for cold email outreach yet but it clearly seems fully capable of doing that too. The built in lemwarm feature also does an excellent job of warming up a newly created email address.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into an issue with my SMTP settings even though I haven't changed anything. That said, it's most likely related to Zoho rather than Lemlist itself.

“essential inbox warming tool”
Pros
Adding it to our stack has been really valuable especially for warming up our email inbox before launching different email marketing campaigns. It's become an essential tool for us and has been consistently helpful.
Cons
One downside is the pricing. Like many similar platforms, this is fairly expensive and since it charges per user, the total cost can climb pretty quickly and turn into a costly tool to maintain.

“frustrating UI changes”
Pros
We chose lemlist mainly because of its dynamic image feature and that part really is better than what we had before. It lets you include images in emails that are automatically personalized based on how you configure them which makes campaigns look much better. Honestly, that is the one standout reason lemlist feels ahead of its competitors.
Cons
Even with that unique advantage, our overall experience with this app was terrible. The constant UI changes were frustrating and their so called proprietary system only made things worse. Support was especially disappointing. On top of that the platform never finishes sending emails within the expected timeframe. These were not massive campaigns either, the system struggled to send just 70 emails over 12 hours. Whenever we contacted support to understand the issue, we mostly got heart emojis and a polite version of being told that this is just how their algorithm works and that we should accept it.
