Usingitfor calls, video meetings and messaging is very easy and the integration with Office and Outlook makes everything more convenient.
Cons
At times, video calls run into technical glitches or some lag and the calendar in standard Outlook still works better.

“allows meetings anytime, anywhere”
Pros
Organizing meetings with the whole team has been very convenient especially since we're spread across different geographic locations. On top of that the audio and video quality during videoconferences and meetings has been consistently very good.
Cons
At this point I honestly haven't noticed any downsides. Everything has worked exactly the way I wanted, without any issues, connection drops or anything similar.

“Real time calling ecosystem fit”
Pros
The softwaredelivers real-time calling very well and its biggest advantages are how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem and the overall scale it supports across teams.
Cons
Copilot still feels a bit limited whenitcomes to accurately capturing recordings and generating good summaries for meetings or calls.

“useful features, complex design”

Microsoft Teamscomes with plenty of useful features especially things like breakout rooms and polls which really help with user engagement and make the overall experience better.
Cons
At the same time, itis lacking whenitcomes to design and usability.Itdoesn't feel as easy to navigate or use compared with other platforms in this space.

“integrations are great”
Pros
Built with simplicity at its core, this product delivers a smooth, adaptive experience that works well for users at any skill level.
Cons
One thing that feels out of place is the skin tone preference setting tied to reactions and emojis. I don't see why that matters in a workplace tool. That kind of feature makes more sense on social media or personal phones, not in a work environment.

“features are useful”
Pros
Teams makes it really effective to stay in touch with my team. The mute feature in group chats is especially useful and I also appreciate how simple it is to screen share and join video calls with people outside my organization.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike about Teams. It fits my day-to-day business needs well and I also make good use of the mobile app on my phone.

“simple to use”
Pros
Being able to message, jump on a phone call or start a video chat all in one place makes communication really convenient. It's been a very effective way to stay connected with my teammates and keep collaboration moving efficiently.
Cons
This isn't really a major issue but when I'm talking with someone outside the network, it labels the chat as being outside the organization and sometimes moves it off the main screen into a smaller side conversation.

“clean design”
Pros
Microsoft Teams is what we rely on for team communication and it's really simple to use. It feels a lot like sending a text which is perfect in an office when you need to ask someone something but you're tied up on a phone call. You can just send them a quick message and it also lets you see whether they're active or out of the office.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike. I really love this platform and it's incredibly useful to have in a work environment.

“works really well”
Pros
Im in a Microsoft-based organization and teams feels like the obvious choice for meetings and calling because it connects smoothly with the rest of our systems. It works really well alongside Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools. For hybrid and fully remote workplaces, it's especially useful for collaboration and it's very convenient that multiple people can work on Excel sheets, PowerPoint decks and similar projects together during live meetings. Also, Teams is very user-friendly and comes across as a highly capable communication platform for the workplace.
Cons
Biggest challenge comes up with people outside our organization or teams that don't use Microsoft since they sometimes run into trouble joining our video calls. We regularly have clients ask to meet on other platforms like Zoom or Google Meet because those are the tools their own teams already use. Teams is still a dependable option but since not every company relies on it, outside users can be less familiar with it.

“team chats and calls made easy”
Pros
Across our business, this has become central to how we handle day-to-day communication. It helps everyone collaborate effectively, keeps project work aligned and creates strong coordination when we're working on bigger tasks with deadlines attached. Our IT team relies on it as the primary communication tool for discussing what needs to be done and it's also useful for managing a shift schedule that changes regularly so we get a lot of value from using it.
Cons
Microsoft Teams already feels like a very complete product but if I were to suggest one improvement, I'd like to see a wider range of app integrations available. Having more options to connect other apps and services would make the overall experience feel even more connected and consistent.

“keeps us connected”
Pros
At our company, Teams acts as the central place for collaboration and with most people working from home, it's become essential for keeping everything moving. The integration with other Microsoft 365 tools is a big plus too. For example, it connects the calendar with Outlook which makes scheduling calls across the team much more convenient. I also appreciate the translator feature since English isn't my first language and it helps me from time to time.
Cons
There isn't any major problem to mention but I do run into a small annoyance sometimes. After uploading a video recording into a Teams chat, the three-dot menu that should let me download the video on another machine doesn't always work right away. I have to press play on the recording first before the download option appears.

“excellent fit”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been one of the most useful and cost-effective tools I've worked with. It keeps everyone aligned with very little effort and the meeting experience is high quality and reliable overall.
Cons
At times, it does glitch and I end up having to restart it now and then. Since it's one of Microsoft's top products, it's fair to expect it to perform flawlessly.

Pros
Teams has been excellent for sharing documents and staying connected with staff. It's simple to navigate and setting up a group to manage projects and share files works really well.
Cons

Pros

“worth it”
Pros
Right away, Teams felt very user-friendly. Having instant communication across the team is essential throughout the workday and this app makes that happen without any hassle. The project management tools are outstanding and can support just about any team's workflow. Between virtual meetings, quick chats, calendar organization and more, it brings multiple departments together and makes collaboration work really well. It's something every company should have.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. My experience with Teams has been completely positive and I'd highly recommend it.

“great for us”
Pros
After using it for the past 5 years for class attendance, meetings and team collaboration, it has made things much more convenient for me. Having chats, video calls and file sharing all together in one platform is something I really appreciate. It saves me from the hassle of jumping between different apps just to use different features.
Cons

“Remote work made simple”
Pros
Working remotely is much more easy withthisbecause meetings are simple to join, screen sharing works well for presentations and the chat feature is handy during calls. It also has great security which is reassuring.
Cons
One thing that occasionally trips me up is logging in when I switch between my work and personal accounts although that may be more of an account setup issue on my side than a problem withititself.
