“provides the best support”
Pros
Microsoft Teamshas been a very user friendly meeting app for me. It makes teamwork more organized and convenient. Also I have really appreciated the customer support as they've always been helpful when I needed assistance. I also really like the auto-record option during live meeting streams and the chat feature is quite good as well.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any complaints aboutit. I haven't run into bugs anditalready offers plenty of useful and interesting features.

“One central hub of communication”
Pros
Ithas become my go-to place for messaging and video conferencing since everything is in one central hub. That makes communicating quick and convenient.
Cons
The biggest problem I have run into is that notifications can be unreliable at times anditcan also be difficult to locate a team I already created.

“fits best with existing tools”
Pros
Microsoft Teams Phonewas easy and it fits nicely with other tools I already use, like Monday and Box. It also does a great job supporting team collaboration and keeping communication flowing across everyone.
Cons
I think the audio and video performance still needs improvement. There is definitely room to grow here since the sound cuts in and out and the video tends to glitch and freeze pretty often.

“so many options cause confusion”
Pros
One thing that works very well is howthis softwareconnects with the rest of the Microsoft apps. Having the option to use it entirely in a web browser is also handy when needed, even though I wouldn't really recommend that route since the standalone app runs better.
Cons
The interface is not the best and can be confusing at times. I often have trouble figuring out where to find what I need because there are so many options and a lot of them have names that are so generic they're hard to tell apart.

“works great even with other apps”
Pros
Being able to communicate with many people inside the organization while also setting up calls and meetings with people outside the company is a huge plus.Italso works very well with many other apps and platforms which makes it even more useful.
Cons
What I wish was better is the file size limit for sending items to others. I understand there has to be a cap but there are definitely times when a higher limit would make file sharing much more convenient.

“Screen sharing explains things better”
Pros
Running online meetings is much easier withTeams and the screen sharing feature helps a lot when explaining things during a call.
Cons
One issue I still run into is the Outlook integration. When I create a meeting through Outlook some meetings end up missing which causes problems.

“Easy navigation!”
Pros
Usingthis platformhas been awesome. It's easy to navigate, setting up groups for specific projects and team collaboration is simple and the customization options are excellent. The integration with Outlook Calendar has honestly been a lifesaver.
Cons
There is not much to complain about, honestly. The only thing that can be frustrating is how difficultitis to understand some of the app integrations insideit, like MS Planner. Even then,it's a pretty minor issue.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having messages, calls and files all in one place makes working with others much easier. Also it is very easy to go from a quick chat to updating a shared document or joining a call without losing momentum.
Cons
With so many notifications and conversation threads popping up,itcan start to feel a bit overwhelming and finding one specific message sometimes takes more digging thanitshould. If your internet connection is unstable or your computer is on the slower side, performance can drop off pretty quickly.

“Hard to miss new messages”
Pros
Switching from Jabber toTeamsmade me a bit nervous at first but for messaging, it has worked out very well. New messages pop up in the bottom-right corner of the screen and stay visible so they're hard to miss. It's also helpful that you can attach screenshots and based on how your system is set up, Teams can send you an email if you haven't opened a message within a certain time.
Cons
One thing Jabber handled better was the phone line integration especially for making and receiving external calls anditdoesn't cover that for us. Because of that, we still have to keep Jabber around just for outside calling.

“helpful team chat, unreliable status”
Pros
Being able to reach coworkers quickly speeds up the workday and helps us get answers faster. The group chat features are also very useful for keeping team communication in one place and making it easy to talk with everyone at once.
Cons
The availability indicators and status notifications aren't very reliable. There have been plenty of times when someone is clearly active on another program on their computer butitstill marks them as away. That makes the presence status feel inaccurate.

“Fits well with Microsoft tools”
Pros
If your work already runs on Microsoft tools, thisfits in very well. Having chats, files and meetings all in one place is genuinely convenient and it cuts down a lot on switching back and forth between different apps and platforms.
Cons
At times, itseems a little complex and slower thanitshould. There is a lot happening on the screen which can make things harder to locate quickly and the notifications can become overwhelming. Joining meetings also isn't always flawless too especially for external participants or when using their QR-based system.

“Comes with microsoft subscription”
Pros
Keeping track of conversations is much easier withthis tool and the fact that it comes with the Microsoft 365 subscription makes adoption pretty simple for anyone already working in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Cons
The newer AI-powered features do take a little time to get used to thoughit's not a major hurdle. The interface can also feel somewhat cluttered with all the AI additions they continue to roll out.

“keeps projects organized”
Pros
Staying connected with teammates is much better withthis platform. It makes workplace communication simple, helps keep upcoming projects and training organized and works very well for team meetings and shift-change conversations. The custom background options are also a nice touch for themes, holidays or just adding privacy to your surroundings while still looking professional. Another feature I really appreciate is the built-in Copilot along with the calendar which helps manage meetings and appointments with daily reminders.
Cons
Every now and thenitcan freeze or lag a bit but overall the benefits far outweigh that occasional issue.

“easy sharepoint integration”
Pros
Teamshas been proven a really great communication tool for us. The biggest advantage is how simple it is to use, I mean it's very user friendly and doesn't take much effort to install or set up. Having SharePoint tied into Teams is also a huge plus since it basically combines document collaboration and chat in one place which makes working with colleagues quicker and more convenient. Another strong point is the range of add-ons it supports. The built-in options like Planner, Excel and Power BI are useful and it also works with third-party tools such as Jabber, AI agents and Wrike. On top of that since it's already included in Microsoft Enterprise and Business licenses, there is often no need to pay extra for another communication platform if your company already uses the Microsoft/Office ecosystem. It also performs well on both iPhone and Android.
Cons
At the same timeitcan be quite slow and buggy which gets frustrating. The settings also don't offer much room for customization so you're somewhat limited in how much you can tailoritto your needs. The newer version is not very friendly on system resources either and you really need a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM foritto run properly. On top of that if you run into a bug and need help from Microsoft Support, getting meaningful assistance can be very difficult.

“feature rich and cost effective”
Pros
After usingTeamsacross several companies, I can honestly say it offers the most feature-rich video conferencing setup I have seen. Once all the added capabilities are properly configured and customized, it really stands out as one of the best tools for communication and collaboration. It's free to use and the integration with other Microsoft products especially SharePoint works very well. That makes it much easier for larger organizations to separate projects and manage them efficiently without adding extra steps or additional costs.
Cons
Usingitas an individual is pretty easy but bringingitinto an Azure environment takes a much higher level of skill and technical knowledge. also whenitcomes to Microsoft's free products, customer support is not very direct so you usually have to rely on online forums or the broader user community for help.

“one place for daily collaboration”
Pros
Working withMicrosoft Teamshas been very convenient for staying connected with a team. It brings together one-on-one and group chats, calendars and planning lists in one place which makes daily collaboration much easier. Setting up remote meetings in Teams is simple and after using it every day for nearly a year while working remotely, it became a very reliable part of my routine. The Planner tab has also been useful for organizing projects and keeping track of progress.
Cons
One part that still feels a bit confusing is how Microsoft To-Do connects with the Planner feature insideit. That integration could be much more user friendly.Itwould also help ifitoffered a better way to schedule tasks across an entire work week directly within Planner.

“Better value included subscription”
Pros
If you're after a reliable alternative to Slack, Asana and the other newer tools out there, this oneis definitely worth considering. The value for money is better and the fact that it's included with a Microsoft 365 subscription makes it even more appealing.
Cons

“user friendly for everything”
Pros
Ithas been fantastic for the way we work. We rely on it for just about everything, from meetings and messaging to sharing documents. The interface is also very user friendly which makes the whole platform simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Honestly I have not run into anything aboutitthat I dislike. The only minor issue is that I occasionally miss notifications from the mobile app but that seems more related to my phone system than toititself.
