“Collaborations are smoother”
Pros
This tool brings together collaboration, communication and productivity tools in one platform which makes working with a team and handling virtual interactions much more effective.
Cons
At times, Microsoft Teams can lag particularly in larger meetings or when the internet connection is unstable. Delays with audio, video or screen sharing can interrupt communication and make meetings less effective.

“Awesome features”
Pros
The biggest advantage for me is the convenience and overall value. It lets me set up meetings, stay in touch with the team, share files and keep project discussions organized all in one place. Another plus is how well it connects with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem, like SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Project and Power Automate.
Cons
One thing I like less about it is how limited the customization can be especially when it comes to views and layout. Certain workflows feel more restricted than they need to be and sometimes you have to rely on workarounds or other Microsoft tools to make Teams work the way you want.

“fast team collaboration”
Pros
Being tied in so well with the rest of Microsoft 365 is a big advantage. Opening and editing Word or Excel files right inside the app cuts out extra steps and saves a lot of time. The chat and video meeting performance has also been really dependable which makes remote communication and collaboration with the team work very well.
Cons
App does feel somewhat bloated and the interface can be a little confusing especially when moving between different teams and channels. During video calls, I've also noticed it can occasionally use quite a bit of my computer's resources.

“So productive”
Pros
Teams keeps our management group connected with quick, effective communication even when we're all working from different locations.
Cons
Honestly I've been happy with everything in Teams so far. Nothing has come up yet that feels like it needs improvement,it's been an effective tool for us.

“Includes everything”
Pros
Bringing chat, video meetings, file sharing and app integrations into one place, Microsoft Teams makes communication and collaboration much more convenient. Its connection with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Excel and OneDrive also helps teams stay organized and work more efficiently.
Cons
Sometimes, the interface feels a bit crowded especially for someone new to the platform. The desktop app can also consume a noticeable amount of system resources and tracking down older messages or files gets difficult when there's a lot of activity.

“microsoft 365 integration works great”
Pros
Team communication has been excellent with this. In our line of work, it's not always practical to just call someone so Teams messaging has been really useful.
Cons
Every now and then, meetings can sound a bit echoey although that may just be down to someone not muting properly. It's usually quickly fixed.

“easy communication”
Pros
It has been my primary tool for chats and meetings and it fits really well into my daily workflow. Its integration with Microsoft 365 is excellent, letting me share files without hassle and collaborate on documents and projects with others very efficiently.
Cons
One part that feels weaker is the search feature since it can sometimes be hard to track down older messages and files.

“Boosts our teamwork”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has become part of my day-to-day communication and collaboration. Being able to jump straight into Outlook, OneDrive and shared documents from the same place helps me stay organized and cuts down on a lot of wasted time.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features to sort through. The desktop app also has moments where it runs a little slowly.

“Working brilliantly for us”
Pros
Something I appreciate is how simple it is to use. Even though I don't personally have an account, a lot of my clients prefer meeting on Teams and it feels every bit as capable and useful as the other meeting platforms out there.
Cons
Our office runs on Macs so we generally don't use Microsoft products. Because we're not working within the full Microsoft suite, the only limitation is that we can't really take advantage of everything Teams has to offer.

Pros
It's been really simple to use it when collaborating with the team. It feels like good value for the money since it covers everything we need it to do.
Cons
Something I'd love to see is more customization, like being able to change chat colors or set different backgrounds for different conversations.

Pros
Being able to stay in touch with the entire team without needing to be in the office is a big advantage and the platform also comes with really useful features.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say. Aside from a few areas that could be fine-tuned a bit, it's been excellent overall and really good to have.

“teams fits our workflow perfectly”
Pros
Works well as a central place to store information and use as a reference point which is especially useful for a charity where Trustees have different levels of technical know-how.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit dated and overly convoluted particularly in the browser-based version on both Mac and Windows 11.

“great value!!”
Pros
Feels very fluid overall and has become a staple tool for any company. It's simple to use and makes communication across multiple teams and platforms really convenient.
Cons
At times, it gets pretty glitchy and can freeze up. Having statuses forced on you can also feel annoying and tiring.

“Teams makes communication easy”
Pros
With several campaigns running at the same time, Teams does a solid job of keeping everyone aligned. It makes it simple to set up quick check-ins or longer strategy meetings right in the platform which saves a lot of time. The file-sharing feature is also really helpful because I can keep my latest presentations and reports ready to pull up during discussions and that has been a real advantage. Chat is useful too for sharing updates that don't need to clog up email.
Cons
Sometimes it takes more clicks than it should to reach what I need especially when trying to get to chats or files. When working across multiple teams, the volume of notifications can also become overwhelming and I wish there were better controls to highlight what matters most. Also, not everyone should be expected to already understand all of the features it offers.

“i rely on it!”
Pros
One of the best tools we use to stay connected especially since everyone on the team works remotely.
Cons
A frustrating part is figuring out whether someone is actually available. People can change their status manually and then forget to switch it back so their status doesn't always match their Outlook calendar which makes it harder to know when to reach out.

“Works everywhere”
Pros
Teams makes it simple to work together on tasks and projects and the file-sharing feature is really useful too. It's an excellent communication tool especially when you need quick replies and ongoing collaboration.
Cons
Sometimes, the calendar section inside certain Teams channels is pretty slow to load or update so you end up refreshing it or closing and reopening the Team. It's not a huge issue but it can get frustrating when you're checking it constantly during the day.

“Helps keep campaigns aligned”
Pros
Having chats, video calls, meetings, files and tasks all in one place is probably the biggest benefit. It makes daily communication and teamwork much simpler to manage. The connection with Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel and Outlook is also really helpful.
Cons

“remote teamwork is easy”
Pros
Using it feels very adaptive from the start and the different ways to connect with colleagues or clients are really useful. Being able to send messages, make voice calls or jump on video calls all in one place helps a lot. When working remotely, it also makes collaboration with the rest of the team much easier so productivity doesn't really suffer.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is being locked into Copilot AI. I think there are better AI options out there and it would be much better if you could choose and plug in the AI tool you prefer.

“fast collaboration”
Pros
Keeping calls, chat, file sharing and meetings in one place has really reduced the constant back-and-forth of hunting through different apps for conversations. It also works smoothly with the rest of Microsoft 365 which has been a big plus. Being able to open a shared Word or Excel file right in the middle of a meeting without leaving Teams is something we rely on all the time. For a distributed team, it's made staying connected and coordinated much more manageable on a daily basis.
Cons
A downside is that the app can be pretty demanding on system resources. It's not unusual for it to bog down older computers which becomes a real problem when some staff are using aging hardware. Notifications can get overwhelming too and the settings for controlling them aren't as adaptive as they should be. Also, the search still leaves a lot to be desired. Looking for an older message or file from a few months ago often feels more hit-or-miss than it ought to.
