“easy file sharing”
Pros
Having this software tied so closely into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is probably the biggest advantage for me. Chat, meetings, file sharing and collaboration all live in one place so there's a lot less jumping between apps during the day. Meetings are dependable and the connections with Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive make working with others much more efficient especially in a business setting.
Cons
Something that holds it back is that it can feel bloated and fairly heavy on system resources particularly on older machines. Notifications and channel organization can also get overwhelming when you're in a large company. Search has definitely gotten better but tracking down older messages or files still feels inconsistent at times.

“reachable anywhere”
Pros
Working with a lot of people at once is one of the best parts of it. Communication and collaboration are both handled well and the Office tools let you create a wide range of things which makes it feel like a good overall value.
Cons
Navigation could be better especially when trying to locate documents that others have shared. Setting up folders and creating shortcuts for items I need to access often was also a little harder than expected.

“Loved using it”
Pros
It's something we rely on every day for all kinds of tasks and it has really become the central place that keeps our team connected across different states and locations. We use it for virtual meetings, daily communication, scheduling through the calendar and plenty more.
Cons
I've used the full range of features and even taken classes to get the most out of it so I'm genuinely satisfied with what it offers. At this point, I really don't have any complaints about it.

“My review....”
Pros
Teams is a really solid collaboration platform for bringing chat, phone calls and video meeting scheduling together in one place. It's particularly useful for fully remote or hybrid teams and it becomes even more valuable when connected with other Microsoft tools such as Outlook or Copilot.
Cons
One thing I've personally run into is that meeting and call reliability can be a bit inconsistent at times. Compared with other video platforms like Zoom, I've experienced more dropped calls and connection problems on Teams.

“strong collaboration”
Pros
This tool has really boosted communication and collaboration across my teams especially when we use screen sharing to go over work and review things together more efficiently.
Cons
With so many users in our organization, we have to be extra careful to verify names before sending invitations because it's possible to send a Teams invite to the wrong person when people share the same name. A feature for creating individual folders would help fix this issue.

“our daily team hub”
Pros
An excellent tool for communication and collaboration across the team, really!! It lets me set up meetings organize schedules and stay on top of follow-ups with staff in a very efficient way.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about Microsoft Teams. It supports me in my day-to-day management work and has been very helpful overall. I highly recommend it.

Pros
It works decently most of the time but i have some reservations..
Cons
Almost everything else is frustrating. The system feels dated, connecting it with other software is harder than it should be and managing documents is a real hassle.

“Boosts our productivity”
Pros
The app works well as a central hub for an organization, letting employees send quick messages back and forth while also handling video and phone calls from a laptop. It's pretty simple to use and at this point I've become very comfortable with it.
Cons
There's not much that bothers me. If anything, the call interface could use a bit of improvement but beyond that I really don't have anything significant to criticize.

“improves communication company-wide”
Pros
Across our Oceania team, this is the one platform everyone relies on to stay connected. It's simple to use, works well for setting up meetings and helps keep all the related information in one place so everything stays organised.
Cons
Something I'm not a fan of is having to pay an extra fee to get the meeting summary after a meeting. There are also times when recording doesn't work which I've noticed can happen during one-on-one calls.

“Tricky to manage”
Pros
This tool has become a key part of our day-to-day workflow. It brings chat, video meetings, file sharing and collaboration tools together in one place which makes staying connected much simpler whether people are in the office or working remotely. One thing I really appreciate is how well it works with Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Setting up meetings, sharing files and working together in real time feels very efficient. The chat is simple to use and channel-based conversations help keep communication and projects organized. The video meeting side has been dependable too, with helpful features like screen sharing, recordings, live captions and background effects. It also works well for communicating with both internal staff and external partners.
Cons
Moving data from File Explorer into MS Teams files was a major project and took a lot of manual effort especially when we had to rebuild folder structures to match the original File Explorer setup. Also, Teams can be fairly resource-heavy particularly when several other applications are running at the same time. The search feature can also be hit or miss when trying to find older chats or files.

“Easy team calls”
Pros
Teams is part of my everyday work for messaging, meetings and calls. The connection quality is very clear and screen sharing works without any hassle. It's a solid tool for remote work while still keeping in touch with the team and suppliers. The recordings and breakout rooms are especially valuable during workshops.
Cons
At times, there's a slight lag during larger meetings and it uses quite a bit of RAM. I've also had calls suddenly drop because of network loss.

“simple to use”
Pros
Audio and video quality in online meetings is flawless most of the time which makes conversations clear and dependable. That matters a lot during important client meetings, where technical issues would be especially awkward.
Cons
In some cases, workspaces or channels have to be deleted and set up again before certain features can be used afterward.

“Made collaborations easy”
Pros
Breakout rooms during meetings and screen sharing are especially useful. It also helps that multiple users can work on and edit the same document online at the same time.
Cons
At times, when more users join a meeting, video calls lag a little. The Teams app also uses a lot of resources on older systems.

“clear call quality!”
Pros
Teams works well with other Microsoft products so I can conveniently get to things like my calendar and cloud drive in one place.
Cons
While the deep integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a major strength.. the addition of AI features like Copilot may feel unnecessary for you if you prefer a simpler, purely communication-focused tool.

“must-have for team collaboration”
Pros
In the end, for a teacher, Teams feels a bit like having a portable desk and a kind of magic classroom always ready to go. The real benefit is not the technology itself but how much it simplifies daily work by removing all those unnecessary in-between steps and the constant worry of losing things along the way. The convenience is obvious, no more struggling with emails for assignments, separate messages for announcements or USB drives failing on the morning of a test. With Teams, everything is in one organized place and each class has its own dedicated space.
Cons
The biggest and most draining downside for teachers is the illusion that we are available all the time. Since platforms like this became a fixed part of our routine, the boundary between school hours and private life has almost completely faded.
