“great hub for collaboration”
Pros
Ithas become the central place for how our team communicates and works together. It's easy to use and we can customize it to fit the way we operate. We've also connected several of our other systems to it, from alerts and critical event notifications to scheduling, PSA and more.
Cons
A few of the add-ins especially tools like Planner and multi-calendar views, can be a little awkward to navigate and don't always display everything we need. That said they've gotten better over time.

“freezes frequently”
Pros
Keeping up with group chats and team communication is pretty easy withTeams. The customization is helpful too especially being able to tell unread messages from read ones and pin favorites so the most important conversations stay visible.
Cons
rarelyittends to freeze quite a bit. Meetings usually go well but every now and thenitdisconnects for random stretches of time.

It brings together text messaging, audio and video in one place which makes staying connected much more convenient. The customization options are also impressive and they help boost productivity and overall team performance.

“this tool works anywhere”
Pros
Microsoft Teamsis a very strong collaboration tool for teams. It's simple to work with and performs well on both desktop and mobile which makes it convenient to stay connected from anywhere.
Cons
The downside is that you won't get access to every feature unless you're paying for the full Microsoft suite butitstill feels worth the investment over time.

“great tool for video conferencing”
Pros
This toolkeeps things simple which is something I really like. The interface is also easy to use, without a lot of extra buttons or unnecessary features so it stays focused on the essentials for video conferencing.
Cons
every now and thenithas issues with meeting links. The links that are sent out for people to join directly do not always work as expected.

“Excellent for information sharing”
Pros
This toolgives an excellent experience when it comes to sharing information with colleagues. It makes communication and collaboration feel very natural and efficient.
Cons
There is barely anything to complain about but if I had to mention one thing, itwould be the mobile app.Itdoes not feel very stable and updates seem to arrive more slowly than they do on the desktop version. On top of that most messages load with a delay. I am not completely sure whether that is caused by the app itself or something else.

“makes communication manageable”
Pros
Everything is kept in one place which makes internal communication much more manageable.Italso connects very well with my calendar across different tools, whether that's HubSpot, Outlook or another external booking platform.
Cons
One issue I keep running into is that when someone books time with me through HubSpot, itautomatically creates the meeting as an offline one. That clearly doesn't work when I am based in France and the person booking the call is in the United States.

“No time limits make it best”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is that I can keep usingitwithout running into time limits. Many clients and other important people in my field rely on Microsoft Teams so having it is basically expected and helps me stay connected.
Cons
The Windows integration feels a bit too invasive for my taste. I do have some privacy concerns and there are also times when getting the app to open or signing in becomes frustrating.

“great Microsoft integration”
Pros
One of the best parts aboutTeamsis how tightly it works with the rest of Microsoft's platforms. Once you sign in, you can access everything stored in the cloud without much hassle. It works very well for communicating with coworkers, whether it's for project work or daily tasks and it makes collaboration on documents and team projects much more convenient.
Cons
One downside withitis thatitcan sometimes be hard to locate a team you haven't opened in a while so you end up having to search forit.

“improved communication !”
Pros
Microsoft Teams Phonehas really improved how our team communicates, with meetings and channels that are simple to use and keep everything organized. The chat feature works well for both direct messages and separate group conversations which makes collaboration much more convenient. Having file sharing and team channels all in one place also cuts down on constantly switching between different apps. On top of that its integration with other Microsoft tools like Microsoft 365, Outlook and OneDrive makes handling documents much more convenient and helps productivity a lot.
Cons
One drawback withitis that the interface can sometimes feel a bit complicated for new users because there are so many features available.Itdefinitely takes some time to understand everything and get comfortable using all of its functions.

The calendar integration is especially useful and the chat feature makes daily communication with the team quick and convenient. I also like being able to see my coworkers busy status since it helps me decide whether to leave a message or call them directly.
