flexible tools

Pros

It has really helped me expand my salesforce by improving communication and offering a wide range of tools plus customizable features, all without costing an unreasonable amount.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a problem for me. If I had to point to one thing, it would probably be occasional connectivity issues when using the platform's Zoom-style calling feature.

solid collaboration

Pros

Love it, it works nicely with Microsoft 365 and the file-sharing and collaboration tools are genuinely useful. Meeting scheduling has also been dependable which helps keep things organized.

Cons

The interface feels crowded and doesn't adapt very well which makes it less pleasant to use. It can be slow at times or even freeze and the number of tabs and sections makes navigation more confusing than it should be. Notifications also aren't always consistent.

keeps everything connected

Pros

Whenever there's a need to bring team chats, meetings and shared documents into one place, Microsoft Teams is the answer. It also works with other Microsoft 365 apps in a way that other platforms still haven't matched.

Cons

Occasionally, there can be minor bugs or issues when sending things but it happens so rarely that it's hardly worth counting as a real downside.

clean layout

Pros

Microsoft Teams is fairly simple to get around. The icons and dashboard are laid out in a way that makes features quick to find which gives it a user-friendly feel that I appreciate.

Cons

Meeting quality has been a recurring problem for me in Microsoft Teams. I've run into several issues with both audio and video during calls and there have just been too many glitches overall.

Excellent!!

Pros

One of the best things about Microsoft Teams is how smoothly it works with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Being able to open, edit and collaborate on Word documents or Excel files right inside Teams without bouncing between different apps saves a lot of time. The video meeting quality is excellent and stays reliable, even when there are large groups on the call. The calendar integration is another big plus because scheduling meetings feels effortless with instant Outlook syncing. I also really appreciate the background blur and custom background options since they help keep things professional while working from home. It feels much more like a full workspace than just a messaging app.

Cons

Teams can be fairly demanding on system resources and on older computers it tends to slow things down especially when several other programs are running at the same time. The file organization can also be a little confusing since everything is tied to SharePoint so tracking down a file that was shared months earlier can take more clicks than it should. Also, the notification settings are very detailed and if they are not set up properly from the beginning, the constant pop-ups and sounds from different channels can become overwhelming.

fast team chats

Pros

Being able to reach teammates quickly is one of the biggest benefits especially with customizable group chats or chats built around a specific project or purpose. The Teams feature is also really useful because it keeps organizational documents and systems in one shared space where everyone can access them and work together. Also, screen sharing with a remote coworker or jumping into a quick call or video meeting makes communication across the company much more efficient. It's also very user-friendly for everyday use, even for older employees who don't always feel comfortable with technology.

Cons

The calendar feature barely gets used and feels outdated since we already rely on Outlook for that. Forwarding messages also follows different rules than sending a regular message which can be a bit inconvenient.

nothing worth using

Pros

Honestly there's nothing positive I can point to here. Nothing at all. There are much better alternatives available and I'd strongly recommend using one of those instead.

Cons

I think there are far better options out there so I'd suggest avoiding this software altogether. I couldn't find a single good thing about it.

My review...

Pros

Microsoft Teams really shines when it comes to how well it works with the rest of Microsoft 365. Having SharePoint files available right there and being able to co-edit documents in real time without jumping between apps saves a ton of time and helps keep focus. The mix of chat and video calling is also very convenient. Going from a quick conversation to a planned meeting feels smooth. Channels for separate projects help keep everything organized and the mobile app makes it easy to stay in touch when I'm not at my desk.

Cons

That said, Teams can be a lot to take in at first especially for new users. There are so many menus and settings that the interface can feel crowded and not always adaptive to move around. Notifications are another weak spot since important messages sometimes get lost in active channels. Video meetings also use quite a bit of bandwidth and performance definitely suffers on weaker internet connections. It would be much better with a lighter version or stronger optimization for slower networks. Another limitation is screen sharing because only one person can share at a time. Even if that works for most situations, it becomes frustrating when there's a need to view multiple users' screens simultaneously.

realibale overall

Pros

Using it has been really simple and it's quick and dependable. I also like that it works well for both people within my organization and those outside of it.

Cons

Every now and then it feels a bit slow and document uploads don't always go through though I'm not sure what causes it. I'd also love the option to customize the notification sound.

real-time teamwork

Pros

To use Teams at work proved to be really helpful because it lets me stay in touch with my colleagues in real time and keeps me up to date with company news as it happens.

Cons

I honestly don't have any major complaints about Teams. It's simple to use and helps me stay on track throughout the workday.

I liked it

Pros

It's a really popular tool that a lot of professionals enjoy using. I prefer it when I'm in meetings with clients because it's very simple to use and widely recognized.

Cons

This app tends to be used mostly by experts and professionals which makes it less popular compared with some other platforms.

Overall fine!

Pros

Since almost everyone uses it, it tends to be the most simple option when trying to meet with groups from other clinics.

Cons

On Apple devices though, it really isn't very compatible or convenient to use which is an issue for me personally. It often takes multiple sign-ins and app updates before it finally works the way it should.

quite easy

Pros

Having it on desktop, mobile and the web makes it really flexible to use and it fits in perfectly with Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and the rest of the Microsoft apps for collaboration.

Cons

At times, chat messages and file updates can be delayed especially when working with larger teams. It also occasionally slows down my devices and uses a noticeable amount of memory.

its good

Pros

One feature that's been really useful is being able to open and edit Microsoft documents directly inside Teams. It makes group chat collaboration much more convenient and helps keep everyone working in the same place.

Cons

There's honestly not a lot to complain about. The only thing that gets a bit frustrating is that you can't always see the full details of everyone who attended a meeting which can be annoying when you need to send follow-up emails. Still, I assume that's probably due to security restrictions.

convenient teamwork

Pros

Microsoft Teams has been really useful for communication at work. It's convenient to use and does a solid job of helping the whole team collaborate better.

Cons

When several conversations are going on at once, it's pretty common for messages to get missed or buried in the chat.

Being part of Microsoft Office, Teams pulls everything into one place so the whole team can collaborate as a single unit.

chat features are great

Pros

Microsoft Teams is something we rely on every day for meetings and staying in touch between the sales office and the warehouse. It's simple to use, keeps everyone updated on what different branches are doing and what they need and it really helps our company's workflow and communication run better.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any negatives to mention about Microsoft Teams. We've used it for years and haven't really run into any bad experiences with it. It's been a very solid communication tool for us.

Excellent!

Pros

Across the organization, Microsoft Teams has made communication much more dependable. Our project teams can securely share task updates through chat and files which keeps everyone aligned. Setting it up was simple and the integration with Microsoft 365 works really well.

Cons

I haven't run into any technical problems while using this platform. Microsoft Teams has been efficient and has had a very positive impact on the way our business operates.

I enjoy using it

Pros

Teams has been really useful for setting up meetings and interviews and the option to save custom written templates is handy when I need to send quick responses. It also helps that sent emails can be recalled or resent whenever I need to make edits or update something.

Cons

One limitation with the Microsoft Teams meeting room is that you can't see an invited person's availability until they actually join the room. That said, for employees within the same company, you can still check their status and even call them if they haven't joined the meeting yet.

Makes meetings effortless

Pros

Every day, this app does a really good job of keeping communication flowing with partners, external customers and suppliers. It's been a very useful tool for staying connected and handling conversations across different groups.

Cons

What I'm not a fan of is that it doesn't let you share playable GIFs. Memes always help lift the team's mood so that limitation is a bit disappointing.
