“chat features are great”
Pros
One of the best things about Microsoft Teams is how well it connects with other Microsoft tools especially Microsoft Office which makes the software much more versatile and useful for different tasks.
Cons
The part I like least about Microsoft Teams is the delayed notifications. Also, the app sometimes alerts me about a new chat even when I've already opened and read it.

“so good”
Pros
Microsoft Teams handles the tasks it's meant for well. It's widely accessible across devices and comes with plenty of features.
Cons
Interface feels a bit dated to me. It also seems to be missing some of the extra touches and modern features that would make it feel more up to date for a virtual environment.

“great for remote workers”
Pros
Working with a remote team feels much more manageable with MS Teams. One thing I really appreciate is being able to use it to run training sessions and record them for later which has been very helpful.
Cons
Planning training sessions ahead of time did cause some issues now and then especially when it came to setting up sign-up forms.

“good overall”
Pros
Keeping up with my manager and the people who report to me is really convenient with Teams. The interface is simple and the sharing and collaboration features are incredibly useful.
Cons
My login doesn't include a phone number although I believe that's something you can get with the appropriate license.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Teams remains my go-to for keeping chats, calls and files together in one business space. It makes collaboration simple without constantly jumping between tools and it's convenient for getting a new project started.
Cons
The search feature doesn't always pull up what I need. Sometimes older files seem to disappear, even though they're still there somewhere.

“flexible and reliable collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really makes Teams stand out is how customizable it is. You can create multiple chats organize subsections and tailor things in a lot of different ways which makes it very versatile. It feels fluid, stays stable and simply works the way you expect it to.
Cons
That said with so many features and separate chats available, it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. Users may lose track of where things are or end up missing important messages.

“copilot boosts team communication”
Pros
Using the new Copilot feature has made a huge difference in how I write messages, it helps make communication much clearer and more concise. The scheduling tool has also been very adaptive which makes it simple to get the whole team together in one place.
Cons
With the version I'm currently using, I can't enable the noise-canceling feature during Teams meetings. I've also run into occasional problems with apps not loading correctly although that could be related to my system settings. Also, there are moments when my microphone isn't available during important meetings which can be pretty disruptive.

“all-in-one teamwork win”
Pros
Working with colleagues is much simpler because collaboration is built right in. Calls and chats feel effortless to use and having almost everything gathered in one place makes the whole experience really convenient.
Cons
They update and change things quite often which can be frustrating for people who are less comfortable with technology or constant adjustments. You really need to be fairly tech-resilient to fully appreciate the app.

“meeting invites work well”
Pros
Sending Microsoft Teams meeting invites is simple since I can email people directly and add the meeting to the calendar at the same time.
Cons
Compared with Zoom changing my video picture or personal profile feels much less simple and overall it is not very user friendly.

“chat, calls and screen sharing shine”
Pros
Being able to chat, make calls or jump into a video conference with screen sharing makes it much faster to work through problems and get past issues quickly.
Cons
It does randomly close sometimes and the status indicators can be unreliable or not show online at all. On top of that some messages do not always come through right away.

“helpful outlook sync”
Pros
Communication feels simple and the integration with Outlook calendars works really well. The Channels also do a nice job of keeping documents organized in one central place.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is how limited the app options are inside Chats specifically, not Channels. Having a shared calendar app for tracking vacation time and similar team-wide needs really shouldn't be so hard to set up.
