“user-friendly app”
Pros
Everything about it feels very user friendly and it's incredibly simple to use. I also really appreciate having a mobile app that works just like the desktop version so switching between the two is smooth.
Cons
honestly I don't have any complaints. It's been fantastic, with plenty of funny GIFs and fun ways to communicate through games and polls. Forwarding a message and replying to it when needed is something I really enjoy too.

“Easy remote teamwork”
Pros
Working from home, I'm still able to stay connected with my team and see everyone regularly through video calls on Teams which really helps with day-to-day communication.
Cons
At times, it does take a while to load for me although that may just be something on my end rather than an issue others have.

“dependable software”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me about Skype was how simple and dependable it is. It does what I need without making things complicated and I can count on it to work consistently.
Cons
At the same time, it does come across as a bit outdated when you compare it with some of the newer platforms available now.

“clean interface”
Pros
Using it feels very adaptive and practical. It helps me stay in touch with colleagues quickly through messages or video calls. Since it's widely adopted by many companies, it's also very convenient to arrange calls with clients or external stakeholders connected to my workplace and they can join without trouble through a simple link. The shared folder is also really useful for storing documents and materials that need to be shared with the team.
Cons
Few features are missing though. There's no way to mark certain contacts as favorites, no option to schedule messages to be sent at a specific time and no customizable status to let others know things like being out of office which other platforms usually offer.

“Frustrating bugs”
Pros
Using GIFs in the chat is simple and adds a nice touch to conversations. It also makes internal communication and video conferencing convenient for staying connected with the team.
Cons
The downside is that it can be pretty buggy. Without the latest version of Microsoft Teams installed, I ran into a lot of issues. It would randomly freeze and my video calls would sometimes glitch which got frustrating fast.

“Collaboration made effortless”
Pros
Getting started with Microsoft Teams is probably the best part about it. Pretty much anyone can jump in, schedule a meeting or start one right away without needing any training. It's also quick to launch video meetings and use features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and background effects. The chat works really well too, with rich text, emojis and mentions that make conversations more interactive. Sharing files is simple and the whole team can access them without any hassle.
Cons
Microsoft Teams delivers a reliable connection but the customization options are a bit limited.

“indispensable for everyday work”
Pros
Using this every day has become second nature because it's so simple to work with and genuinely indispensable in my routine.
Cons
Something I'd really like to see improved is taking a screen grab directly from a chat. Right now, I still need to rely on a separate screenshot tool and then copy and paste it into Teams, instead of having that feature built in the way it was in Webex.
