“fantastic chat and video meetings”
Pros
Microsoft Teams really stands out to me for its chat tools and how it lets me connect with anyone over video no matter where they are. I can also join conferences and take part in meetings with different people at the same time which makes communication very convenient.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about Microsoft Teams. The features do exactly what they're supposed to do and since I use it often with clients, it has been very reliable for me.

“invaluable for team communication”
Pros
It's made a real difference for our team by tightening up communication and helping us get better results. After we got past the initial learning phase and understood how to use it the right way, it became an essential part of how we work.
Cons
The product itself is excellent but getting comfortable with it takes some time. The learning curve is a bit steep and a few features don't feel very flexible. It's definitely worth getting some guidance, going through the training materials and putting a plan in place before rolling it out.

Pros
Skype works really well for video calls and messaging especially when I need to stay in touch internationally.

Call quality can be a bit inconsistent at times especially during larger group calls or when the internet connection is slow. Still, it performs very well for one-on-one calls and small groups.

“perfect for us”
Pros
Having this much functionality built into one platform is a big plus. At this stage, our teams can handle most of their work directly inside Teams without constantly jumping out to other tools.
Cons
Few parts of the chat functionality still feel limited and the recording experience especially for events set up through shared inboxes, isn't the best. It also really delivers the most value when you're already working as an M365 team.

“Excellent overall”
Pros
At my last job, this was something I relied on a lot and it came in really handy. It worked really well for sharing documents, running presentations and reaching out to people across the company without any hassle. The quick communication was one of the things I appreciated most.
Cons
There were times when the video and audio quality wasn't very good. Also, once too many message threads started piling up, conversations could get pretty confusing and some replies would end up getting buried or missed.
