“solid channels”
Pros
Teams works well for sharing information through channels organized around specific topics and the private chats for one-to-one or one-to-many conversations are also very useful. Also, the marketplace offers plenty of helpful apps that add extra functionality.
Cons
Notifications still need some work and the search feature could definitely be improved too.

“solid office integration”
Pros
It's a well-built team communication platform and the integration with the Office suite is definitely a strong point.
Cons
Using it felt a bit frustrating at times. I really missed how simple sharing and collaboration are in Google. Those features do exist here but they just didn't work as well for me.

“fantastic collaboration”
Pros
Right from team chats to virtual meetings, Microsoft Teams has been excellent for keeping everyone connected and informed. It gives our team a really effective way to share important updates and the collaboration workspace helps us stay united while working on projects efficiently. Another big plus is the advanced security and data protection features which give us confidence that our data and project information are well protected. The online meeting feature is also very convenient and makes it simple to hold team discussions virtually whenever needed.
Cons
Thankfully, Microsoft Teams has been very reliable for us and we really haven't run into any difficult moments while using it. Up to now, we have not had any negative experience with the platform.

“smooth team collaborations”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been really useful for staying connected and working closely with my team. One of the biggest advantages for me is how well it supports collaboration and the Microsoft 365 integration is definitely a big benefit too.

“works well”
Pros
It's an excellent way to stay in touch with your team and coworkers. The platform is simple to use and quick to get comfortable with.
Cons
When it comes to channels, sub-channels and shared documents, the layout feels less adaptive. I don't really enjoy using it to store or archive files and I'd rather keep those remotely or in the cloud.

“well-organized file sharing”
Pros
Sharing files works really well and keeping everything organized is simple.
Cons
Moving between the different features can be frustrating at times. Also, if you use your browser's back button instead of the one in Teams, it sends you all the way back to the start.

“Impressive microsoft integration”
Pros
Right away, the overall fluid feel of the app stands out. It works really well with most Microsoft products which makes everything more connected and convenient. The calling features are solid too and the screen control option is especially useful during meetings.
Cons
Every now and then, the Notes panel opens on its own during group calls which can get a little irritating. Cross-platform screen control between Windows and Mac also has occasional glitches especially when switching between the two.

“crystal-clear chats”
Pros
Skype works really well for me because it combines several communication tools at a reasonable cost. I can do one-on-one or group video calls, send SMS messages and make or receive phone calls without jumping between different apps. It lets me handle nearly all of my business communication in one place. I also use it across multiple devices on different platforms and the experience stays clean and consistent everywhere. Video quality is reliably sharp whenever my internet is stable and with a strong connection it looks crystal clear. The larger profile photos in the contacts and chat windows are genuinely useful, not just decorative. I also enjoy the chat feature quite a bit. The status indicator helps me quickly see who is available and if someone misses my call, I can leave a message. Another plus is that Skype enforces strong passwords which makes it feel more secure.
Cons
As a business phone option, Skype still has a couple of weak spots. I'm not able to receive text messages which limits how useful it is in that role. I was also let down by the video chat recording and storage features.

“simple scheduling that just works”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how simple it is to use. We rely on it for scheduling VIP services, booking equipment and rooms, keeping track of missing documents and managing general customer reports. The interface feels very simple especially when filtering by day and time for VIP reservations or by name and case number when searching reports or missing documents.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any major problems with it. The only thing worth mentioning is that after an update, there can sometimes be a few glitches.

“Love it”
Pros
Having chat, video calls and file sharing all in one app is really convenient because I don't need to jump between different tools to get things done. It's user-friendly overall and the audio and video call quality has been very reliable for me.
Cons
New users may feel a bit overwhelmed by the interface especially with the constant flow of notifications during the day. It's also less suitable for organizations that aren't already deeply using Microsoft products.

“reliable meetings and calls”
Pros
Skype has always been my go-to platform for meetings. It's very user-friendly and the features are simple to understand without much effort. I also appreciate that there's no time limit on meetings and it works just as well for staying connected with loved ones through free voice and video calls. Another thing I really value is that I don't need to create backups to keep my information. Even after switching devices or being away for a long time, once I log back in I can still pick up where I left off, see my connections and catch everything I missed, even from years back.
Cons
I just wish it offered more features so it could stay as popular as it used to be.

“its okay overall”
Pros
Being able to run remote meetings with the camera on is really useful. Sharing documents instantly also helps a lot especially during team meetings with several people involved. Communication stays fast and having a history of past conversations makes it easier to keep track of exchanges.
Cons
At times, the tool gets quite slow especially when starting up which can be frustrating. The way documents are organized can also become chaotic pretty quickly if there isn't a solid system in place.

“flexible teamwork”
Pros
Teams has been a good fit for us because it's simple to use, packed with useful features and works really well when people need to stay connected from anywhere.
Cons
If I'm being honest, the toughest part has been helping some older users learn how everything works in Teams. Adapting to a new way of doing things can be challenging for certain generations.
