“document sharing works well”
Pros
Sharing and saving documents is really useful and it makes it simple to give access to different people and groups when needed.
Cons
The downside is that it runs slowly, has occasional glitches and quite often makes me sign in more than once.

“lacks uniqueness and integration”
Pros
One part I appreciated about Skype was the consistency. The way it works has stayed familiar over time and the upgrades have felt like a natural progression rather than a disruptive change.
Cons
My biggest issue with Skype is that it doesn't really stand out from similar tools and it also struggles when it comes to connecting smoothly with other programs.

“clear calls and fun extras”
Pros
Making phone calls with other team members is very simple and the audio and video quality are really good. It's also nice that there are more GIFs and pictures to use which makes conversations feel more lively.
Cons
The part I'm least impressed with is the lack of theme options. The current ones feel pretty bland and could use a fresher, more varied look.

“user-friendly collaboration hub”
Pros
Navigating the platform feels adaptive and it adapts well for connecting with peers, finding a group or team, accessing related documents and jumping over to Calendar and OneDrive.
Cons
Startup can feel a bit sluggish when I first open it or after rebooting my laptop though that may be more related to my computer setup and overall loading time.

“reliable calls at fair rates”
Pros
Call quality has been consistently good and the screen sharing and international calling features are really useful especially since the pricing stays affordable.
Cons
Platform does feel a bit dated when compared with newer options like Zoom or Microsoft Teams and the occasional connection issues can be frustrating.

“instant translation is fantastic”
Pros
I've been using Skype since its early days and for me the most groundbreaking feature is still the instant translation, not just in chats but also for spoken conversations during video calls.
Cons
The option to call landlines and mobile numbers is definitely useful but the rates have never seemed particularly affordable to me.

“all-in-one teamwork hub”
Pros
Microsoft Teams brings everything together in one place, chat, video meetings, file sharing and task management which makes it really convenient for day-to-day work. Threaded conversations help keep discussions organized and the integration with OneDrive and SharePoint makes collaboration feel much more smooth. "Together Mode" in meetings is a nice bonus and adds a fun touch.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the Teams tone and how slow and outdated the app can feel at times especially when moving between chats and channels. It also tends to send notifications late or sometimes not at all which gets frustrating.

“organized teamwork and outlook sync”
Pros
Communication with coworkers feels really simple, whether it's sharing files, looking up past messages or setting up teams for different projects, departments and work areas. Meetings and calls in Teams also feel much more organized than other video platforms like WebEx or Zoom and the Outlook integration is something I really appreciate.
Cons
One thing I'd still want to see improved is the search feature. It would be much better if it had more advanced options like Outlook, such as filtering by date, names, exact phrases or broader keyword matches.
