“fantastic for video calls”
Pros
Skype has been excellent for video calling and staying connected internationally without hassle. Screen sharing also made remote work a lot more productive and efficient.
Cons
At times, calls would drop unexpectedly and the audio quality wasn't always very clear.

“simple calls and sharing”
Pros
Skype was really simple to use for both messaging and video calls which made staying in touch with people pretty convenient. Screen sharing and file sharing were also very useful features to have.
Cons
What I didn't enjoy was that Skype would sometimes have connection problems and the frequent updates could interrupt calls at inconvenient times.

“Good microsoft integration”
Pros
Using it day to day feels simple and it works really well with other Microsoft products. The overall feature set is solid too so it covers what we need without being complicated.
Cons
The one drawback has been stability. It may be something specific to our environment but we do run into random glitches now and then that stop users from opening Teams.

“popular communication hub”
Pros
Love it.. Using it as a communication tool feels very simple especially since it's built into the calendar and part of the Microsoft product family. It really dominates the market and because it's so widely used, most people already have it installed.
Cons
One thing missing is a quick reply window, both on desktop and in the mobile app. The calendar also needs to be more advanced especially for checking availability across all team members instead of only looking at a single time slot when planning a discussion. At times, it can also become a bit slow during desktop use.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Skype has been really valuable for me because it lets me handle business opportunities, learn more about growing my financial investments and stay connected at the same time. Beyond the professional side, it also helps me keep in touch with the people in my network as well as my family, both through voice and video which makes it a very social and useful platform.
Cons
Like anything else, it does have a downside. The only issue I've noticed is that Skype feels a bit like a forgotten gem these days when it comes to communication especially since the networking space has become much more competitive.

“smooth microsoft integration”
Pros
It connects really well with other Microsoft tools and software which makes it very convenient to use within the existing ecosystem.
Cons
The interface isn't all that user-friendly especially when you're using it for the first time so there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

“reliable texting”
Pros
At work, we use it for team texting and live meetings and it handles both really well for what we need.
Cons
It gets pretty irritating whenever someone posts for the first time, it sends an email saying that person is trying to contact you. That notification is very annoying.

“Incredible”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that it lets you chat with people outside your company which makes communication much more flexible. It also connects directly with Outlook so everything fits nicely into the workday. Also, you can hold meetings in it and use screen sharing through Teams which is very useful.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. It's a really solid Microsoft product.

“handy chat history”
Pros
Having a record of conversations with managers and coworkers is really useful and setting up a meeting when needed is quick. It also gives good visibility into other people's availability across the company and sharing documents through the platform is convenient.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to making external calls and it doesn't really connect with other software. Training is also quite limited and it would be helpful if it offered tips or AI-based suggestions when you're repeatedly doing the same tasks.

“fast collaboration”
Pros
A big reason I enjoy using this product is how practical it is for everyday work. It's simple to navigate, works really well as a communication channel and helps cross-functional teams collaborate without much friction. It also keeps data organized nicely and the implementation and integration into production were simple. The application loads quickly, offers user-friendly features and customization options and whenever help is needed, Microsoft support has been very reliable.
Cons
Since it's free to use, there are times when it can be misused by people outside the organization. It also depends on strong internet connectivity to keep communication uninterrupted. Also, there are a few glitches now and then where messages either fail to send or end up being sent twice.

“all-in-one messaging hub”
Pros
It serves as a one-stop messaging platform that covers everything I need in one place.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed is during conference calls with hundreds of participants, where we sometimes need to keep our videos on to stay connected though I think that may also be related to the internet connection.

Pros
This is one of the best options for jumping into quick meetings and the AI summary feature is really useful for getting a short text recap afterward.
Cons
