“A complete tool”
Pros
Overall, Teams works really well as a collaboration platform and brings together all the tools and features needed to work with colleagues more effectively and efficiently.
Cons
Even though Teams includes everything you would expect from a strong collaboration platform, its layout feels weaker than some competing products and can be confusing to navigate. That aspect holds it back from being a truly outstanding all-around solution.

“guest access makes meetings simple”
Pros
People can join meetings as guests so I don't have to get everyone to sign up first which makes things much more convenient.
Cons
The video quality can be poor at times although that may be more related to the internet signal than the software itself.

“flexible collaboration”
Pros
Working with Microsoft Teams feels convenient because it's a familiar and widely adopted communication platform. It connects really well with other Microsoft services such as OneDrive and Office which makes collaboration and file sharing much more smooth. With Teams, I can chat, manage my schedule and join video meetings all in one place. If you're already part of the Microsoft ecosystem, it's a very flexible option that fits in naturally.
Cons
One downside is that it can feel quite heavy, similar to many other Microsoft products. The web version and desktop app don't always offer the same features and that difference can be confusing at times. Also, the operating costs are fairly high and adjusting or managing the settings properly does take a certain level of technical know-how.

“stable and very functional”
Pros
You can tell the team behind this app has put in a lot of effort. It has turned into a stable, dependable and highly functional product and the integrations keep improving.
Cons
It's definitely very helpful for developers and IT teams but it's not really a Salesforce replacement.

“Excellent for big team calls”
Pros
When it comes to large group calls and chats, this has been one of the best tools I've used. Other platforms usually start to lag once a lot of people join but Microsoft Teams keeps up well. Whether everyone has their video on or only one person is on camera, it still performs without the slowdown I've seen in other apps.
Cons
Something that gets frustrating is how many notifications are turned on automatically. It would be much better if each user could decide which alerts they want to receive and which ones they'd rather turn off.

“easy teamwork across devices”
Pros
Communication feels smooth and the built-in video conferencing makes it convenient to keep everything in one place. The integration with Microsoft 365 is especially strong, customizable workspaces help fit different team needs and the collaboration tools work really well. It's also accessible across multiple platforms which makes staying connected much easier.
Cons
The limited offline functionality can be frustrating at times and the notification management system could definitely be better.

“instant team connection”
Pros
Being able to connect with my colleagues right away and without any hassle has been a big plus.
Cons
At times, I run into audio issues where the expected sound devices don't connect the way they should which makes calls difficult because I either can't hear others properly or they can't hear me.

“Good one”
Pros
Having the Microsoft ecosystem built into Teams is a big plus. OneDrive for file sharing, the calendar for meetings and internal chat are all in the same place which makes communication and collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
The downside is how often it seems to create issues for my PC. After a full day of calls and heavy use in Teams, my laptop performance regularly takes a big hit.

“quick office communication”
Pros
Working with it in the office feels very simple. I can get connected with people quickly and the user menu is simple to understand and navigate.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is when someone tries to connect with me and it defaults to my phone first, even though I sometimes want to use my computer instead. Changing that isn't very convenient because I have to disconnect first and then reconnect the device I actually want to use.

“dependable”
Pros
Teams has been very dependable for staying in touch with coworkers through both messaging and audio calls. It also includes handy features like viewing the organizational chart and checking colleagues' designations which is a nice addition.
Cons
During screen sharing, a navigation bar appears at the top center of the screen and gets in the way while navigating. There's also no option to hide it which makes it frustrating.

“responsive and highly configurable”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how responsive the software feels and it can be configured so users are connected with the right people when they need to communicate. There are also plenty of plug-ins available which makes it useful for adding extra functionality and integrating it with other software.
Cons
Search is one area that could definitely be better. There have been plenty of times when I know I had a conversation with someone about a specific topic but it still does not show up in the results. Finding recent conversations can also be frustrating especially when I am trying to get back to group chats or something similar. The chat history does not seem to go back very far so sometimes I end up searching through all messages just to locate one old group message and reopen the chat.
