“simple to use”
Pros
Using Skype feels very simple and getting around the platform is simple. People can start using it right away without needing any training.
Cons
I'd suggest updating Skype's overall interface since it currently feels a bit outdated.

“saves time”
Pros
Keeping in touch with coworkers, both in our office and across other locations, is really convenient. It's much faster than sending an email when I need to ask something and get a quick reply. The video calling feature has also been excellent.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues and I'm very satisfied with the overall functionality.

“fantastic for global teamwork”
Pros
Teams has been a really flexible messaging platform for me making it simple to connect and meet with coworkers across my region and in other countries. Beyond the meeting tools, the fact that it's part of Microsoft 365 is a major advantage especially because it works so well with other Microsoft apps and makes file sharing much more convenient.
Cons
Microsoft Teams has been a reliable and versatile app in my day-to-day work and I hardly run into problems when using it. The only issue I notice from time to time is that some app settings seem to change on their own.

“great video quality”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been a really convenient way to connect with coworkers over video, talk through work and even handle several job interviews all in one place.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into audio problems or some lag during video calls. It usually seems tied to the internet connection on one side of the call or the other.

“messaging works but calls don't”
Pros
Getting in touch with people and sending messages through the app was pretty simple. For the most part, it ran fairly well... at least most of the time.
Cons
Last time I used Skype, I dealt with a lot of connection issues and dropped calls. Its VOIP protocol felt pretty flawed and that became really obvious whenever I tried calling other people.

“free calling that keeps teams connected”
Pros
Skype gives me a free way to make video and audio calls which works really well for team collaboration and also for staying in touch with friends and family.
Cons
The only downside for me is that calling landlines and mobile phones can be a little pricey.

“boosts productivity”
Pros
Across our organization, Microsoft 365 is part of the daily workflow and Microsoft Teams has turned into a key collaboration hub for us. Features such as group messaging, video meetings and tight integration with other Microsoft Office applications help the team work together more efficiently.
Cons
Even though Microsoft Teams comes with a broad set of collaboration features, it can be difficult for non-technical users like HR or accounting staff to get comfortable with at first. It also uses a fair amount of system resources which can affect device performance and cause machines to run hotter. Also, the free plan comes with restrictions, such as less storage and shorter meeting time limits.

“Its good”
Pros
Working remotely feels a lot more manageable with Microsoft Teams. It connects well with my other tools so meetings, calendar, schedule and chat all stay together in one flexible place. The audio and video quality are consistently reliable too, whether I'm joining from my laptop or my phone.
Cons
Honestly I don't have much to complain about. If anything, it asks for software updates fairly often but that's probably more of a benefit than a real issue.

“I like using it”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem through Office365. Everything works together in a way that feels smooth and convenient when using other Microsoft apps.
Cons
A downside is that connecting it with external apps often means paying for separate subscriptions before you can actually use those features which can be frustrating.
