“online team connection is fantastic”
Pros
Really appreciate how simple it is to connect with my work team online. I also liked the option to record my own videos and share them with others directly through email.
Cons
From time to time, there can be some issues with communication through the microphone.

“clear video calls”
Pros
Setting up virtual meetings and video conferences in Teams is really simple. The call quality stays consistently solid and tools like screen sharing and breakout rooms make collaboration a lot more productive.
Cons
Part that gets frustrating with Microsoft Teams is the sheer volume of notifications. When you're involved in multiple teams and channels, it can quickly feel overwhelming and it's not always clear which updates actually matter.

“teams keeps collaboration flowing”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been a really solid way for our team to stay connected, work together and handle just about anything we need. The editable stickers are a fun touch and add a lot of personality to conversations. The connection stays reliable and whenever something does come up, it usually gets resolved almost right away.
Cons
The one annoyance is with the notification settings on my iPhone. On my days off, it only lets me mute individual channels instead of silencing the entire app.

“meeting from anywhere,,”
Pros
It's very simple to use and everyone on my team genuinely enjoys working with it. It's been really helpful for keeping our communication organized and consistent.
Cons
One small thing is that the waiting screen can be a bit confusing at times.

“easy to use”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to stay in touch with staff, along with more than enough options for keeping messages and files organized. The added Teams features, like Shifts and the ability to pin a file in a chat or channel, make the workflow highly customizable and very user-friendly.
Cons
A few features still don't feel as fully connected as they should and file sharing can be a bit inconsistent. There are times when sharing a file from OneDrive doesn't actually make it available to the team unless you save a separate copy directly in Teams.

“all-in-one chat convenience”
Pros
Everything feels very simple to use and it comes with plenty of extra features without needing to install a bunch of separate apps. Being able to handle video meetings without relying on Zoom is a big plus. I also really appreciate that files can be attached directly in chats instead of going back and forth through email.
Cons
The one part that bothers me is not being able to actually delete messages. You can hide conversations but that's not the same as removing them completely. It would be helpful to clear out things I no longer need, unless there's a way to do it that I just haven't figured out yet.

“video calls and messaging together”
Pros
Having both video calling and messaging in the same app is really convenient. I enjoy being able to switch between the two without needing a separate application.
Cons
A part that felt a little frustrating was the call quality which usually wasn't the best. It wasn't awful but it still didn't sound as clear as I expected it to be.

“user-friendly”
Pros
Right from the beginning, Skype felt very user friendly. It was the first video calling app I had ever used and because it works in a way that feels similar to a regular phone call, it was simple to understand and learn.
Cons
For professional use especially since I teach online, Skype is missing a few important features. At the very least, I would need a whiteboard function and something like Zoom's remote control feature would also be a big advantage.

“ideal for us”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been really useful for working with people across the company. It gives us the flexibility to do one-on-one calls or hold conferences with a much larger group of employees which makes collaboration at work very convenient.
Cons
It comes with a lot of strong features but there are still a few things that could be better. Whenever the server goes down, communication gets delayed for users trying to access the system on their device or for those who temporarily lose access.

“one of the best !”
Pros
Having all my work-related information in one place has been really helpful and it makes communicating with the team much more efficient.
Cons
I do think it could use more organization features and when a post is pinned, it should automatically stay at the top or appear on another community page.

“user-friendly interface”
Pros
Using the app feels very adaptive and simple. It's especially convenient to look up a team member in Teams and reach them quickly, whether through a regular call or a video call. Sharing documents and other resources is also very simple and overall I've been really happy with everything it offers.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about with Teams. The only thing I'd change is how it takes over as the main window whenever a notification comes in just to display a new message right away. I'd really appreciate having an option to turn that behavior off.

“very nice!”
Pros
Calls work really well and do a lot to bring project teams together which helps collaboration across the board. The way it connects with other Microsoft tools especially Outlook, is also genuinely useful and fits nicely into day-to-day work.
Cons
The user interface is where it falls short since it feels quite outdated and can be unpleasant to look at for long periods especially when compared with Slack which looks far more polished. It's also frustrating that joining multiple workspaces isn't more simple, as that gets in the way.

“Boosts productivity”
Pros
Microsoft Teams brings everyone in my organization together in one central place, with unlimited communication channels that help us stay connected and work more efficiently. That has led to better productivity overall and a strong return on investment for the business.
