“fast team communication”
Pros
Keeps communication quick and simple for our staff, whether they're working remotely or onsite.
Cons
Channels are simple enough to manage but one-on-one chats can be frustrating since there aren't many admin controls available for handling them.

“clear calls across devices”
Pros
After using it for more than 15 years, this program has remained a reliable way to stay in touch with my family and friends. It's free to use, very simple to navigate and works well across all kinds of devices. The video quality is very clear and the audio is clear too which makes conversations much better.
Cons
The downside is that calling mobile phones, landlines and international numbers through it can get expensive.

“clean UI”
Pros
Teams has become the go-to collaboration platform across all of our departments. We use it as one central place to work on documents together, store files and run meetings without jumping between different tools. It's a polished product backed by Microsoft and that really shows in the overall experience.
Cons
At times, it can still feel a little dated and somewhat slow. That said, recent updates have noticeably improved the performance overall.

“calls can be hard to hear”
Pros
Pretty much like any other messaging app. Chatting or calling other people is simple and convenient.
Cons
Phone calls are hard to hear sometimes which makes conversations frustrating. Teams also takes quite a while to connect sometimes.

“user-friendly features”
Pros
Its many features are very user-friendly which makes the platform pleasant to use overall.
Cons
What I'd like to see is a way to choose a handful of participants in a large call to keep the focus on them, instead of having to sort through everyone on the screen.

“whiteboard and noise suppression win”
Pros
The whiteboard feature is really useful and the noise suppression option is another thing I appreciate a lot.
Cons
One part I don't enjoy is how many clicks it takes to change the wallpaper. Switching the screen view also feels confusing and changing the view mode isn't very adaptive.

“quick setup”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is how adaptive the platform feels so it doesn't take long to get started. The audio call quality is also usually very good which is especially important when working from home.
Cons
When a lot of people join the same call, the connection can sometimes become choppy. This happens especially with video.

“audio calls are great”
Pros
It's really convenient to stay in touch with the team through both audio and video calls. On the desktop app, being able to sign in to multiple accounts is very useful and the screen sharing quality is among the best I've used.
Cons
A downside is that video calls tend to use a lot of internet data so you need a stronger connection and a larger data allowance during those times.

“feature-packed !”
Pros
Microsoft Teams feels like one of the most capable communication platforms available right now. It comes packed with a wide range of features and tools.
Cons
At the same time, it also feels like one of the least adaptive products out there. The design often comes across as if it was built by people who never actually use it and the way features work or where they're placed just doesn't feel logical.

“confusing layout”
Pros
Works with my email, the picture quality is good, I can add it to my desktop shortcuts and I'm also able to access it from my phone.
Cons
It can be glitchy at times, the daily workweek calendar is confusing and the call layout makes it unclear how to share my screen.

“clear audio”
Pros
Across our organization, Microsoft Teams has basically become the standard for communication. Whether it's one-on-one chats, large workshops, regular syncs, Agile ceremonies or plenty of other meetings, this is the platform we depend on every day. Its reliability has been especially impressive and the noise-canceling feature does a really good job of keeping calls clear and focused.
Cons
There have been times when updates or login issues caused some trouble although that seems more related to security settings on our side than to a direct problem with the product itself. Even so, a few minor quirks still pop up now and then. One example was when a critical channel I had pinned to the top of my Teams list suddenly disappeared. I was able to get it back but it was still a frustrating little hiccup.
