“quick setup”
Pros
Scheduling video and phone meetings is really simple and it also makes communication across teams and departments much better.
Cons
I do wish the emoji reactions were better and the platform could be a little more user-friendly.

“packed with collaboration tools”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much this program can do. It gives you the tools to handle team collaboration, communication, management and a lot more all in one place, instead of having to rely on several different programs to cover the same tasks.
Cons
There are still a few limitations when it comes to using other Microsoft programs like Excel and PowerPoint since some of their features work better as standalone apps but Teams still covers most of what you need.

“perfect for us”
Pros
Having instant messaging, team video calls and events all together in one place is really convenient, it's all right there with just a click of a button.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about this program. It genuinely makes my day-to-day work life a lot easier.

“I like it”
Pros
Teams feels like the go-to app for workplace communication especially since it works so well with the Microsoft ecosystem and connects nicely with a wide range of other apps.
Cons
One downside is that Teams can use quite a bit of memory while it's running. I'm also not a big fan of the notification pop-ups and when bandwidth is weak, messages can take a while to go through.

“clear calls”
Pros
The platform is really versatile and packed with useful functionality. The breakout rooms are especially helpful since they can be timed and set to automatically bring everyone back to the main session which makes group facilitation much easier. It also offers a solid range of presentation features and the video and audio quality are generally very good.
Cons
Something that still feels lacking is the desktop experience with multiple Microsoft Teams accounts tied to different email addresses. I haven't seen a clear way to stay signed into both and switch between them so I end up logging out and back in every time, at least with the version I use. It's also inconvenient when hosting meetings with people who don't normally use Teams because joining takes more effort for non-users and can be confusing to navigate. Compared with Zoom, where someone can usually just click a link and have the meeting open right away, Teams feels less simple in that situation.

“simple interface”
Pros
Interface is clean and simple and being able to sign in to multiple accounts on the Windows 11 version is really useful. That feature helps a lot.
Cons
Chatting with people outside the organization can be difficult because of the security restrictions. Also, when I'm logged into multiple accounts, I sometimes miss new messages.

“solid communication across platforms”
Pros
Communication works well in this system and being able to use it across multiple platforms is a big plus.
Cons
I'm still figuring out how everything works and the intro/tutorial doesn't explain much since it mostly just feels distracting.

“multi-account access”
Pros
Teams works really well alongside chat, email and even presentations. It feels very user-friendly and social, while still being practical enough for just about any business setting.
Cons
The way Teams functions is a bit different from platforms most people are already used to, like Zoom so there's a small learning curve at first. Once you get accustomed to it though, it turns into a solid platform.

“confusing meeting view”
Pros
It's quite adaptable overall, screen sharing is simple to use and bringing people into a meeting or approving participants is simple.
Cons
One thing that keeps throwing me off is what happens after I open a meeting, I can't get to my chat groups very easily. When I click the Teams icon in the menu, it keeps taking me back to the meeting instead of showing the actual Teams app which gets confusing every time. Another issue comes up when sharing screens on a dual-monitor setup. You really have to double-check which screen is being shared. It would be much better if there were pop-up messages confirming whether you're sharing screen 1, screen 2 or just notifying you that screen sharing is active. On top of that, the Teams app itself takes a long time to open.

“solid collaboration across platforms”
Pros
Being part of the Office 365 suite makes it fit in really well and the fact that it's available on every platform is a big plus. The collaboration features are excellent too, whether you're working with a small group or a much larger team.
Cons
There are still a few bugs from time to time and the interface isn't always the most adaptive to move around in. It's definitely not hard to use but some of the design decisions feel a bit questionable to me.

“user-friendly tool”
Pros
Teams feels very user-friendly and almost anyone can pick it up quickly, even if they've never used this kind of software before. You can set up groups, share files, run polls, record training sessions on screen and do plenty more within the platform. It honestly reminds me of an upgraded version of the old MSN Messenger. Since so many businesses already use Teams, it's really convenient to schedule a meeting and simply include a Teams link. Another big plus is that there are no time limits which makes it much more practical. I also enjoy the live reactions during meetings, like sending clapping hands when a teammate deserves recognition for doing a good job.
Cons
One thing that bothers me about Teams is that you can't add people from outside your network directly into Teams chats. You're able to connect with external people through a Teams meeting link but you can't just start a chat with them the way you can with someone inside your own organization.

“so good”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very user-friendly and the app offers a lot of useful capabilities such as availability status, notifications, customization options, group and team structures and high-quality meetings that can handle hundreds of participants.
Cons
An area that could use some improvement is the text formatting in Teams which could be made more convenient. The transcription feature could also be enhanced by adding more options especially letting users choose the length of the transcribed text.
