“useful features”
Pros
Our team uses this collaboration platform with Office 365 for chat, meetings and file sharing and it brings everything together in one place. The customizable features and app integrations are also a big plus because they help us tailor the workspace and improve productivity.
Cons
At first, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users especially because there are so many features and integrations to explore.

Pros
The integration with Microsoft 365 apps especially Outlook, works perfectly and fits really well into the workflow.

“quick setup”
Pros
It's simple to use and adding users or setting up groups doesn't take much effort.
Cons
There has been a slight delay with messages coming through at times although I'm not certain whether that's due to MS Teams itself or the server we were using.

Pros
Very simple to use and I can get to my data from different devices at the same time without any hassle. It's a really effective way to store and share documents in real time.

“perfect for WFH”
Pros
Our office started using this app for meetings and even the first onboarding session was done through Microsoft Teams. The mobile version works really well and it helps me stay organized by managing tasks and projects across different teams. Because of that, keeping track of upcoming project work is much more structured. Also, the video and audio quality has been very good.
Cons
Something it's missing is the ability to upload meeting recordings directly to Google Drive or other third-party storage services. The Windows app also feels a bit slow sometimes and takes a while to load.

“amazing chat features”
Pros
You can arrange meetings with anyone from anywhere which makes it really convenient. It also lets you build communities based on specific topics, groups or fields which is very useful. Meetings can be scheduled according to the calendar and the platform is readily accessible and available whenever needed. The download is quick too, taking only a few seconds.
Cons

“User friendly!”
Pros
Teams channels give us more than just chat rooms and cloud storage, they also make it simple to upload, share and keep information updated. The platform feels secure and stays accessible to anyone who has the right authorization. It's also really helpful that admin rights can be separated from viewing and editing permissions which makes it easier to divide responsibilities and ensures the right group is handling and delivering the final work.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the AI-generated transcript especially when it comes to accuracy.

Pros
When it comes to simple video conferencing, this software does the job really well though there are a couple of limitations to keep in mind.
Cons
At the same time, it falls behind some competitors because it doesn't include features like AI integration, custom templates and other extras which can definitely be a drawback.

“secure team folders”
Pros
Having multiple teams with specific members assigned works really well and it's useful that files can be uploaded into folders that only those members are allowed to access.
Cons
When a folder contains several images, viewing them is pretty time-consuming because after opening one file, there's no way to jump straight to the next. You have to close each image and open the next one separately.

“flexible backgrounds”
Pros
Getting started is basically plug-and-play and the fact that it's free makes it even better. I also really appreciate the flexibility with backgrounds since you can upload your own or just use the ones they provide.
Cons
