“high-contrast colors I enjoy”
Pros
Without a doubt, my favorite feature is the high-contrast mode. I really love the color choices.
Cons
What bothers me is that it can get buggy at times and when that happens I'm unable to communicate with my team.

“solid video calls everywhere”
Pros
Video call quality is really good, both on desktop and on mobile.
Cons
The document sharing settings don't feel as polished as the rest of the features. On mobile, chat notifications also get missed pretty often.

“powerful free toolkit”

What I've liked most is how many tools it offers and the platform is free, unlike others that require payment.

I can't use it on my Mac, other than that, I really have no complaints.

“its a nice platform”
Pros
It wasn't until someone asked how I use Teams that I realized just how many things I rely on it for. It works really well for instant messaging and I use the screen-sharing feature quite a bit without ever running into complaints. It also does a solid job for webinars and video meetings.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is how often it crashes and I regularly have to restart the app just to get it working again. I also really dislike the limit on how many characters you can copy and paste. I often need to paste longer content into Teams so not being able to do it all at once is really irritating.

“feature-packed”
Pros
Using MS Office feels very user-friendly and it comes with a lot of useful features such as chatting, voice communication and screen sharing.
Cons
It would be better if TEAMS also included an option to connect directly to mobile devices.

“quite user friendly”
Pros
The collaboration tools, screen sharing and instant message notifications are really helpful and make day-to-day communication much better.
Cons
Something that needs improvement is the status display. At times, it shows Out of Office even when we're actively online.

“works perfectly”
Pros
Best part is how quickly you can exchange real-time messages with coworkers, how simple it is to start a video call and the ability to share files whenever needed.
Cons
A downside is that file and document management can be hard to organize and it is sometimes difficult to find a file later.

“fun animated calls”
Pros
It's fun to use for video calls, the animated emojis add a nice touch and it's simple enough that even kids and young teens can use it without any trouble.
Cons
The look and feel isn't very appealing and it has also fallen out of favor quite a bit because people now use other video calling apps instead.

“powerful screen and call controls”
Pros
One feature that really stands out is screen control and it has been the most exciting part of using this software. The audio and video controls are also very good especially with the noise cancellation feature which makes communication much better. On top of that, the self-talk option and chat autocomplete function are quite useful and add to the overall experience.
Cons
There are still a few issues that need attention. Data sometimes gets lost during transmission and copying data does not always work properly. It would also be better if chat lock functionality were included since that feature is currently missing.

“fantastic for remote teamwork”
Pros
Working with remote teams feels much better with Teams. The video meetings are high quality and it's convenient to have all the tools for sharing files, screens and more in one place. It's also especially useful for larger groups, with features like the raise hand option that keeps meetings from becoming chaotic and makes real-time collaboration much easier for everyone.
Cons
Integration with other tools can feel less adaptive than some alternative platforms.

“effortless setup”
Pros
It feels very simple to use and it really helps simplify day-to-day tasks. It's also really useful for staying connected with the whole team and explaining or assigning new tasks without much hassle.
Cons
At times it can be glitchy and seems a little too dependent on having strong Wi-Fi. When the connection isn't great, other tools may still work fine but Teams tends to struggle more especially during video calls when things like screen sharing may stop working properly.

“adaptable UI”
Pros
Getting started with it takes almost no effort and the interface is excellent because it adjusts so well to different needs. Teams also connects with a wide range of third-party services which makes communication much more convenient.
Cons
The only issue I've run into came with the latest update from the team. Meeting notes are no longer accessible except as text files and quite a few notes from my colleagues have disappeared entirely.

“good intergrations”
Pros
From day-to-day team communication to meetings, this software has been very user-friendly and pleasant to work with. The video and audio quality during meetings is excellent and call audio is consistently clear. It works really well as a professional communication tool, helping teams collaborate better and get more done. Compared with other apps that often turn into casual chat spaces, this one keeps the focus on work. On mobile, notifications arrive quickly and don't interfere with other apps which is a big plus. It also helps keep everyone aligned, improving transparency across both the team and the wider organization.
Cons
One issue is that it can be slow to open especially on computers running older operating systems. The interface could also use some improvement to feel more adaptive and user-friendly. Another limitation is that it handles only one call at a time so a call waiting feature would be useful. Managing documents and downloads can be confusing as well and there are times when extra permissions are required just to access files on the platform.

Pros

“Nice overall”
Pros
You can chat with the entire bank team and whenever needed, share your screen and even hand over control.

Whats really frustrating is the group messaging popup on the right. If someone doesn't click that notification, they might not see the message at all and I really dislike how that works.

“excellent audio and video quality”
Pros
Right away, the most important thing for me is the audio and video quality. It also works really well across different devices which I appreciate a lot, whether I'm using a laptop, iPad or mobile phone.
Cons
This software could still benefit from adding more features and improving its integration even further with different devices.

“weak integrations”
Pros
Being bundled with Microsoft is really the only reason it gets used here. Without that, I doubt many people would choose it on purpose. The chat itself is decent although it still feels behind Slack and the built-in Microsoft connections, like SharePoint during meetings, give it at least a little practical value.
Cons
Using it on a phone or managing it alongside your calendar is much more difficult than with Zoom or Google Meet. We actually connected Zoom with Outlook just to avoid relying on it whenever we can. Member management, integrations and recordings are all fairly underwhelming and once you're dealing with large meetings or participants from outside the organization, it becomes a real mess.

“excellent chat tools”
Pros
Microsoft Teams covers the features that matter most to us, instant messaging and chat, screen sharing and video meeting creation. These tools are simple to use, adaptive and worked very well for our daily routine. The part we struggled with most though, was the automation side especially Power Automate.
Cons
I believe Teams could improve its Power Automate functionality. We tried setting up some automated tasks in Teams but ran into several difficulties. There wasn't much reference material available and we also couldn't get the support we needed to help us move forward.

“all-in-one teamwork companion”
Pros
Having everything I need in one app is the biggest advantage of Teams. I can open company files from anywhere, work together with my team and join important meetings whether I'm at home or somewhere else. Teams has been a really solid collaboration tool and Microsoft has done an excellent job with it.
Cons
Don't have any complaints at this point. It covers everything I need for working from home and since I already have a Microsoft Office subscription, the integration between the tools works really well and makes day-to-day work much more convenient.
