“Fantastic tool!”
Pros
My favorite thing about it is having both the desktop version and the mobile app available so I can stay connected and use it from either device.
Cons
The part I like least about Teams is how quickly the 'online' status times out especially during meetings when I'm watching videos or webinars on my PC without moving the mouse.

“Great for remote workers”
Pros
Chatting with coworkers actually feels enjoyable with Teams. It does a really good job of keeping up with current trends and bringing those ideas into the platform. On a personal level, it makes the company culture feel more upbeat and helps communication feel much more organized.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of many downsides to Teams. It has handled everything I've needed it to do and even gone beyond that.

“industry-standard !”
Pros
Real-time messaging with coworkers is something I rely on every day. It's also very convenient to jump into audio or video calls whenever needed.
Cons
Up to this point, there really isn't anything about Teams that I dislike. The only thing that gives me pause is the available/idle status feature since I've heard some companies use it to monitor whether employees are actively working.

“easy desktop and mobile access”
Pros
It has been awesome for us. It's simple to use and gives our team a really effective way to stay in touch and communicate.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints about Teams. I'm happy with it overall and it works well across our whole company.

“simple interface”
Pros
We love it, it's now the core of how our team communicates and works together. It's simple to use, while still being flexible enough to fit the way we operate. We've connected several of our systems into Teams, from alerts and critical event notifications to scheduling, PSA and more.
Cons
A few of the add-ons especially Planner and multi-calendar views, can be a little awkward to navigate and don't always display everything we need although they have gotten better over time.

“real-time team chats help”
Pros
Microsoft Teams keeps things simple which is what I appreciate most. It's simple to use, without a bunch of extra buttons or unnecessary features and it stays focused on the basics you need for a video conference.
Cons
Sometimes, it has issues with links. The meeting links that are sent out to join directly do not always work the way they should.

“awesome”
Pros
Between the pricing and the features you get, this offers excellent value for money. It's very simple to use for video conferencing, team communication and collaboration, with text messaging, audio and video all available in one place. The high level of customization is also a big plus since it helps improve productivity and overall performance. It provides a single platform for every mode of communication and file sharing, including documents, videos and audio, across conferences, webinars and meetings.

“customizable features”
Pros
The tool has been a really solid tool for collaborating with a team. It's simple to use and works really well on both desktop and mobile.
Cons
Only downside is that you don't get access to every feature unless you're paying for the full Microsoft suite but it still feels worth the cost over time.

“quality is great”
Pros
Everything is kept in one place which makes internal communication much more manageable and it connects really well with my calendar across the board, whether I'm using HubSpot, Outlook or another external booking platform.
Cons
An issue I keep running into is that when a meeting is booked through HubSpot, it always gets created as an offline meeting. That obviously doesn't work when I'm based in France and the person booking time with me is in the States.

“you can rely on it”
Pros
It delivers an excellent experience when it comes to sharing information with colleagues quickly and efficiently.
Cons
There is barely anything to complain about but if I had to point out one thing, it would be the MS Teams mobile app. It feels less stable than the desktop version, updates seem to arrive more slowly and most messages show up with a delay. I'm not completely sure whether that's caused by the app itself or something else.

“Good one!”
Pros
A big plus is that there's no time limit on using it. Since a lot of clients and other important people in my field rely on MS Teams, having it is pretty much expected.
Cons
One thing I don't love is how deeply it's built into Windows. I also have some privacy concerns and getting the app to launch or letting me sign in can be frustrating at times.

“My experience was good”
Pros
Having chat, video calls and meetings together in one place means I'm not bouncing between different apps all day. We also share files a lot so having that built in has been really useful for our team.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I'd call a downside. It keeps communication with my coworkers very smooth and makes it simple to stay connected with everyone.

“works pretty smoothly”
Pros
The best thing about Teams is how tightly it connects with the rest of Microsoft's platforms. After signing in, you can get straight into your teams and access everything stored in the cloud. It works really well for staying in touch with coworkers, whether it's for project discussions or everyday tasks and it makes collaboration on documents and team work much more convenient.
Cons
Whats frustrating is that if you haven't used a team in a while, it can be a bit hard to locate it quickly so you end up having to search for it.

Cons

Pros
Teams has become an essential part of getting work done when it comes to collaboration, communication and meetings across different locations. Being able to chat and meet with teammates in other cities, states and offices makes a huge difference, whether we're working through projects or just staying connected. It really helps with productivity and is very simple to use.
Cons
It also works well with Outlook, OneDrive, Adobe and other integrations, plus it includes gifs, stickers and emojis. honestly I don't have anything negative to say about the platform.

“microsoft integration that delivers”
Pros
Across the different places I've worked, I've consistently used Teams and it remains one of the best apps for working with my team as well as with people from other companies.
Cons
The only downside I'd mention is that when I'm away from my workstation, my device sometimes doesn't recognize the app and won't keep me logged in.

Pros
Working with Teams has been really helpful for collaborating with both internal coworkers and external contacts. Being able to connect it with my calendar is a big plus. The chat feature makes communication with team members quick and convenient. I also appreciate seeing my teammates' busy status since it helps me decide whether it makes more sense to send a message or give them a call.
