“alerts are spot on”
Pros
Ever since ive been using this tool, it made my day-to-day collaboration really convenient. It gives work teams a solid mix of individual and group chat, calendars and planning lists all in one place. Setting up remote meetings through Teams is especially simple. I used it every day for nearly a year while working remotely and the Planner tab was also useful for organizing projects and keeping track of progress.
Cons
What's still a bit unclear is how Microsoft To-Do connects with the Planner feature inside Teams. That integration could be much more adaptive. It would also help if Teams offered a better way to schedule tasks across a full work week directly within the Planner.

“Status doesn't help”
Pros
After using Teams at several companies, I can say it's the most feature-rich video conferencing platform out there. When all of the added features are configured and tailored properly, it really becomes the best option for communication and collaboration. It's free to use and it connects especially well with other Microsoft tools like SharePoint which makes separating projects and managing work across large companies possible without extra steps or added costs.
Cons
On the downside, while Teams is simple enough for individual use, bringing it into an Azure environment takes more advanced knowledge and technical skill. Also, support for Microsoft's free products is usually better through online forums or the broader user community than through direct customer service.

“fantastic for team coordination”
Pros
Actually, its really simple to use and it makes staying in touch with coworkers outside the office much more convenient. It keeps discussions organized and makes quick collaboration possible which helps improve overall efficiency.
Cons
A drawback with it is that it can use a lot of system resources and sometimes makes my computer run slower especially when I have several programs open at once.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Being able to communicate with team members more easily is the part I appreciate most and management can also quickly see whether someone is online or away from their desk.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is that during video calls, the camera can sometimes glitch and reveal your background even when you have it hidden.

“feature-packed”
Pros
If you're after a solid alternative to Slack, Asana and all the other newer tools out there, this one is definitely worth considering. The value for money is better and the fact that it's already included with a Microsoft 365 subscription makes it even more appealing.
Cons
These days, it feels far too visually cluttered because of the AI integration. It hasn't lost any functionality but the interface now comes across as overly crowded to me.

“Organized chats”
Pros
Teams has been excellent for me. I use it every day at work for all kinds of tasks. It lets me see who's online and available without needing to message anyone or ask around. I can chat one-on-one and also set up group conversations quickly which makes it simple for my team and coworkers to share updates and information fast. I also really value the video calling feature in Teams. It works well for professional use when speaking with clients or holding online meetings if they can't make it into the office and it's just as useful on the social side for staying in touch with friends and colleagues.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides with Teams, whether I'm using it personally or for work.

“Love Teams”
Pros
Fantastic for us!! We rely on it for just about everything, from meetings and messaging to sharing documents. The interface feels very adaptive which makes the whole platform simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Haven't come across anything I dislike about Teams. The only minor issue is that I occasionally miss notifications on the mobile app but that seems more related to my phone than to Teams itself.

“excellent value”
Pros
Keeping projects on track has been much easier with Teams because it lets me stay in touch with my own team and quickly reach other departments when needed. It's very simple to use and since it comes with the Office 360 package, the value for money is excellent. Support has also been reliable which is what I'd expect from a Microsoft product and the customizable emojis are something a lot of people around the company genuinely enjoy.
Cons
It does have the occasional bug which is pretty normal for Microsoft apps but those issues are usually fixed within 24 hours. Nothing that has caused any real concern.

“teams keeps work connected”
Pros
It's been really nice using the teams chat at work. It gives us a simple way to stay connected for both internal communication and conversations with people outside the company.
Cons
Don't have anything bad to say about Teams. Everything feels clear and very simple to use and the project management side has been excellent too.

“Perfect”
Pros
Microsoft Teams has been really useful for getting in touch with coworkers quickly, no matter where everyone is working from. I also use the meeting feature on a regular basis and it's become a big part of how we stay connected.
Cons
From time to time, I run into video connection problems even though that same internet connection works fine when I use Zoom.

“my review”
Pros
This has become a central part of communication at work. Instant messaging and file sharing with colleagues have made collaboration feel much more smooth, with very few barriers. The Teams interface is simple so it's simple for anyone to use and find whatever tool they need. The standout part for my role is being able to instantly share large files and videos for others to view which saves me a lot of time and effort compared with switching between different platforms.
Cons
The away status (orange light) appears a bit too quickly if I step away from my laptop for even a short moment. When working from home, that can come across badly since Teams has become one of the main ways people judge whether someone is actively working or not.

“clear communication with teams”
Pros
Teams works really well for our office's day-to-day communication and feels very user-friendly. We use it all day long without any trouble and I'd definitely recommend it to other businesses.
Cons
Something that could be improved is making old conversations easier to remove when an employee is no longer active, instead of just having the conversation remain there.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Having video meetings, calls, private or group chats and file sharing all in one place has been really useful for staying connected with teams.
Cons
Microsoft Teams video meetings could still use some improvement. Every now and then, the meeting links don't open properly for me so I end up entering the meeting code by hand.

“impressed with it”
Pros
Teams really makes internal communication simpler, chats are instant, meetings start without any hassle and the integration with Outlook plus Office files lets you work continuously without jumping from one app to another. It's also very handy for managing workgroups and topic-based channels which help keep everything organized.
Cons
The app tends to use quite a lot of resources especially on older computers and that can slow down startup or cause small lags during meetings. Also, notification management isn't always accurate, sometimes alerts arrive late or overlap which creates a bit of confusion.

Pros
Being able to reach important teammates and partners quickly has been a big advantage. Keeping key documents stored and accessible has also turned out to be very helpful.

“easy messaging and file sharing”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how tightly it connects with other Microsoft tools like Loop, Tasks and Copilot. The Copilot features have been a huge win especially during long or more complex meetings with a lot of people contributing in the chat. It can handle note-taking, help turn discussion points into assigned tasks and overall has been the biggest advantage for me by far.
Cons
A feature I really wish it had is the ability to change how my cursor looks while I'm presenting. That would make it much easier for others to follow exactly what I'm pointing to instead of confusing it with their own cursor. It would also help a lot when people are taking screenshots since I could make my cursor stand out more clearly. I'd really love to see that added.

“it has everything”
Pros
Since the COVID period, Microsoft Teams has been a dependable part of daily collaboration. The video conferencing quality is strong for both one-on-one calls and group meetings and it also handles virtual events, presentations and audio calls really well. Features like screen sharing, whiteboarding and meeting recording make communication clearer and help keep work productive. It runs well on PC, Mac, tablets and mobile devices so staying connected from anywhere is not a problem. Teams also makes it possible to communicate through chat instead of depending so much on email, work on files together securely in real time and store documents in the cloud which cuts down on local storage and makes the workspace more efficient.
Cons
Con is that frequent messages, meeting reminders and channel updates can become distracting when notification settings are not managed carefully.

“copilot and integrations shine”
Pros
Really really helps to have chat, meetings and file sharing together in one hub. Setting up meetings is simple and it's nice being able to jump on calls without dealing with dial-ins. It makes remote and hybrid work a lot more effective and it's especially useful for quick conversations that don't need a formal meeting. The integration with Outlook and the rest of Microsoft 365 also works really well.
Cons
One downside is that notifications can become pretty noisy when you're part of a lot of teams or channels. There are also so many features that it can feel a little overwhelming at the beginning and it takes some time for people to figure out the best ways to use it.

“reliable collaboration across devices”
Pros
Day to day, I rely on it constantly and have even taught myself a lot about SharePoint and OneDrive along the way. It's become the industry standard for a reason and companies can roll it out and start using it without much trouble.
Cons
Every now and then, shared screens act up and memory-related issues pop up which can lead to dropped calls or force a meeting to be restarted.
