“convenient to use when youre away from the office”
Pros
Using the app to place calls while away from the office was really convenient.
Cons
Reliability was a problem for our technicians in the field. Calls sometimes wouldn't go through so they had to use their personal numbers with caller ID blocked which meant customers often didn't recognize the number and wouldn't answer.

“good choice for small teams”
Pros
For a small business, this worked as a simple way to route calls from one main number to individual phones. Calls consistently came through without dropping and the voicemail transcription was a really useful feature.
Cons
One downside is that the platform feels pretty outdated and getting through the system settings to add new users was harder than it should have been.

“Solid app”
Pros
It offers a really strong phone and desktop app and it makes managing everything much more convenient.

“portal works well”
Pros
The online portal is really excellent. It makes it very simple to forward calls to a phone or even handle them on your computer instead of using your desk phone.
Cons
There are several call dropouts on the desk phones throughout the day which can be pretty frustrating at times.

“fantastic for everyday calling”
Pros
This product has been excellent and works flawlessly. I use it every day and so do nearly all of my customers. Its simple setup and usability are a big reason I'd give it 5 stars. Even a few of my clients with very limited computer skills were able to learn it quickly and ended up really enjoying it.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a few more voicemail options especially the ability to share a saved voicemail with someone outside the company.

“easy to make business calls without sharing my number”
Pros
It's really helpful being able to handle business calls without having to give out my personal phone number.
Cons
An issue I run into at times is delayed notifications on my computer. Because of that some calls don't ring soon enough to answer and end up showing only as missed calls.

“too slow”
Pros
Having the option to set your own call schedule is really helpful and transferring calls through the app is very simple. It comes with a lot of useful features overall.
Cons
The speed is a big issue because the app is slow most of the time. It is not only happening on my computer either since my colleagues deal with the same problem. I end up having to close it and reopen it several times during the day.

“interface is logical”
Pros
RingCentral is simple to use and has a clean interface, with icons that clearly show what each function does. Call quality is generally solid as well.
Cons
What could be improved is the login process which feels a bit too long and unnecessary. It also opens several extra windows along the way so it would be better if that part were more organized.

“Integrations let us down”
Pros
Moving away from it ended up being one of the best decisions for our sales team.
Cons
Customer support and the HubSpot integration were major pain points. It used to feel like the top option in VoIP and telephony but that really doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

“Office calling from anywhere”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to place calls even when I'm away from the office and they still appear to clients as if they're coming directly from my office line. That way, customers never have to know whether I'm actually in the office or working somewhere else.
Cons
Only thing I don't care for is not being able to send text messages. Some of my coworkers have that option but my account doesn't which is frustrating.

Pros
It's a very complete platform overall, it stays quite stable and the reports are simple to check whenever I need them.
Cons

Pros
