I am really impressed by how smoothly it manages all our asset details , having everything centralized in a single system has improved our workflow. I also like how easyly it integrates with the other tools we rely on, that interoperability makes day-to-day collaboration much easier. Efficient asset management with solid integration.
Cons
What frustrates me is the lack of a proper file system and I find that dump processes take way too long. It also feels like it could use some updates to remain current. These issues slow things down and make certain tasks more tedious than they should be.

creating work orders is very smooth with the dropdown selections and I appreciate that it keeps all the data organized so everyone on my team can access what they need without extra issue.
Cons
the way the data fields are laid out is very confusing to me. I think better graphics or some color coding would help me locate and use the fields more easily before I submit anything.

managing scheduled upkeep and unexpected repairs is really easy with this system , it noticeably simplifies the whole process.
Cons
the interface forces far too many clicks just to get routine things done and I keep hitting roadblocks with the hierarchical workflows, for instance, converting Work Requests into WAPP can't be alignd because of the product's built-in program limitations. Getting everything set up took much longer than we expected and even after the live rollout there are still several features that users can't use. To top it off, I can't view my Work Requests in the mobile app which is really frustrating.

I can enter work orders and keep campus partners accountable using the workflow system. In the past, people would request tasks without responses, follow-up or a clear grasp of what was needed which resulted in unfinished jobs. it has really changed how we track, organize and resolve tasks efficiently.
Cons
it doesn't play well with the systems we already run. Since our office relies on Series25, I wish there were tighter compatibility so we could align routines and reduce the friction in our workflow.

the software is easy to use and support gets back to me fast whenever I need assistance. Creating and running reports is very smooth, so it's simple to find what I need.
Cons
When my team and I went through the migration from our legacy system it turned into a complete disaster , they assured us the switch would take four days, yet we're now three weeks in and still missing assets, parts and our full work order history. The worst part was that they shut down our old system while the new one was still being completed which left us unable to do our jobs properly for an extended period. If you're moving from an older platform, don't trust the optimistic timelines they give you.

Being able to monitor work orders with a variety of filters, whether I'm viewing them by building, who submitted the request which technician is assigned or the specific trade involved is something I really value. The support team is outstanding , whenever I reach out they either fix my problem on the spot or come back later with a researched solution. I also value being able to follow the progress of equipment repairs and having one central place where I can keep an eye on every part we use which makes inventory much easier.
Cons
What I find toughest has been convincing our mechanics to start using it , they often don't recognize how it benefits their work and resist changing habits. On top of that, the interface is pretty dense at the outset because it packs so many functions and options which means getting comfortable with it takes quite a bit of time and effort.

Being able to use this across multiple sites is something I really value because it makes our maintenance planning much smoother. Our accounting team also leans on it heavily for asset audits and I personally rely on the preventive maintenance scheduling tool, it's easily one of my top features.
Cons
the work order update process can be pretty awkward at times. I can't jump past steps which becomes frustrating when I'm trying to make a small, quick edit , the mandatory sequence really drags things out and slows down what should be a simple change.
