Clear ticket visibility

Pros

It displays ticket progress so transparently and makes it easy for me and my team to stay informed about exactly where each task stands.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have many complaints , in my experience the app runs quite smoothly almost all the time.

Solves chaos with a login issues

Pros

Before we moved to this platform, my facilities crew was getting bombarded with verbal requests all day long. Frequently the urgent stuff slipped through the cracks and people on the team started feeling like their problems weren't being noticed or handled fast enough.

Cons

It drives me nuts that I have to type a password at the bottom just to submit requests. Even though we share one common password, a few coworkers don't use it regularly and end up trying their own personal passwords which confuses them. Since we're already signed in, that extra password prompt feels completely pointless and just creates frustration for folks.

Handles daily needs but inconsistent support

Pros

It handles pretty much any school setup and covers most of the things we need day-to-day.

Cons

their support is pretty inconsistent since the main contact keeps changing so frequently and whenever I ask for training on new modules they often direct me to a general webinar instead of taking the time to walk through my specific setup with me.

Reliable platform with room for growth

Pros

Submitting requests is very easy for me and the whole process is genuinely simple and smooth.

Cons

The forms often get cluttered with fields I don't truly need for our setup. When I print work requests, they end up much longer than necessary , it just seems like an unnecessary waste of paper.

Rock-solid tracking tool

Pros

I loved how reliably the tracking system performs and the comments tool is perfect for making simple notes on individual projects.

Cons

It would really help me if there were automated alerts for work orders that sit incomplete beyond thirty days.

Clear and easy but underused

Pros

What I appreciate is how clear the maintenance request tickets are and I like how easyly everything moves through to get tasks finished.

Cons

I had this system in place but to be honest I never really explored its full capabilities, it basically ended up being nothing more than a repository where we kept our invoices.

simple logins but reports are hard

Pros

I am really glad at how smooth it is for users to log in whenever they need helpdesk support.

Cons

running reports is awkward and I feel there should be a simpler, more direct way to pull data showing how many requests each person is handling.

hate the logins!

Pros

I value that notifications arrive via email and I find that assigning work orders to staff members is simple and smooth to manage.

Cons

It bothers me that I can't use the same email address across multiple accounts and that's especially inconvenient because I need separate access for our Maintenance Department and the Head Start Office.

Keeps everything in one place

Pros

handling repairs around the facility and keeping tabs on inventory really easy with this platform , it centralizes everything so nothing gets lost and it's all in one place.

Cons

the reporting tools feel awkward and slow when I try to create customized reports which makes that part of the workflow frustrating.

Love seeing the history

Pros

One feature I really value is being able to view the full history of work orders , it makes keeping track of everything so much simpler. I also find the reporting tools quite handy for pulling useful operational insights.

Cons

I find the viewing page frustrating because it forces me to scroll through forms to complete them, which disrupts my workflow. It would be far more convenient if all fields were visible on a single screen so I could fill everything out without scrolling up and down.

Efficient Facilities Management Solution

Pros

Their customer service really stands out and I feel they genuinely care about helping me succeed.

Cons

I can only point out one minor thing so far, there really is not much to complain about at this stage and perhaps that's because I haven't been using it long enough to uncover any substantial issues yet.

Amazing help but awkward to fix

Pros

I've had an excellent experience with the customer support team , I've spent multiple hours on calls with them as we worked through various projects and each time they helped me reach a successful outcome.

Cons

PM Direct is awkward to use and I keep running into trouble when trying to remove a former colleague who's still linked to PM tasks, I can't figure out the right way to unassign them before deleting or archiving their account, so it looks like I'll need to pick up the phone and get support involved again.

poor fit for us

Pros

It runs in the cloud, I can see genuine potential in how it might evolve into something much more capable.

Cons

It comes across as fairly inflexible and struggles to accommodate different ways of working. I also feel the devs are out of touch with users' needs and unwilling to make necessary changes.

Keeps us organized but clunky on mobile

Pros

The whole system is uncomplicated. It gathers all our data into a single spot which makes following up on work orders much easier and gives me a transparent picture of how we're utilizing our space.

Cons

On my phone the mobile app is really clunky and requires far too many taps to reach anything. The layout is cramped, making it hard for me to use effectively on a handset. I think it definitely needs much better mobile optimization.

lifesaver with messy inventory

Pros

it is very easy to delegate tasks to my team and monitor all of our scheduled events and finished jobs. It makes assigning responsibilities smooth and helps me keep a clear view of what's been completed.

Cons

My inbox gets flooded with far too many emails from the app and I am always having to prod my team to finish their work orders. On top of that, the fees is quite high and seem to keep rising steadily.

Fantastic support smoothed quirks

Pros

What I really like about the Cap Ex section is that it simplifies the process and makes it easy for users to submit their projects.

Cons

There are times when responses lag so badly that I get frustrated and I've also run into system freezes which are really irritating to handle.

Pros

It helps me stay organized and keeps project management on track and I've found the preventive maintenance tools especially handy for ensuring everything stays running smoothly.

Cons
