Long-time clients with excellent experience

Pros

Im very impressed by how adaptable the routing setup is and the support team has been consistently reliable , everything feels smooth to use. They also keep us well informed about updates and new features which I appreciate. The reporting capabilities have been a huge help for making practical decisions around purchasing and staffing. Because communication tools are built in, my users always have a clear sense of where their issues sit in the resolution workflow.

Cons

I wish there was a way for me to add custom problem categories when logging incidents because the built-in choices feel too restrictive for our particular workflows and needs.

Perfect visibility with great support

Pros

I'm able to monitor every work order as it comes in, and some are automatically dispatched to technicians which cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth and saves me time. The dashboard lets me see when a job begins, when it's completed and when it's officially closed. If I need details about any single work order I can pull it up immediately and review the timeline, charges and all the associated dates.

Cons

At first I found getting everything set up to be pretty tough , I had trouble understanding how the different pieces fit together and ended up making several mistakes in the early stages. Fortunately, the support team stepped in and guided me through the process which helped me get past those initial hurdles.

Great support during onboarding

Pros

Because we are brand new to this platform, I'm still getting familiar with how everything works but the customer support team has been wonderful and easy to collaborate with. They've offered lots of timely help while we wait for our Facility Condition Assessment to wrap up so our information can finally be imported into the system.

Cons

I haven't faced any issues up to this point.

Focused repairs with plain interface

Pros

I see our service techs able to concentrate on actually repairing issues rather than spending time hunting down information and replacement parts. Putting iPads in use keeps the schools and central office linked, and I feel it really improves how efficiently everything operates.

Cons

I am optimistic about the planned updates, yet currently the user interface is plain and could benefit from some design tweaks to make it more visually attractive.

Mixed Experience with Room for Growth

Pros

the task assignment tool is really handy , I can hand off work to my team in just a couple of clicks. Beyond that, its pretty smooth and performs the typical functions you'd expect from a basic system.

Cons

Having to pick the exact item every time I sign in drives me nuts and wastes time. What frustrates me even more is discovering workflow features that I had no idea existed after using this for years , when I inherited admin responsibilities from our former CTO, nobody bothered walking me through these tools. You'd think the company would want customers to be aware of all the time-saving options available. The reporting is a mess as well, I can't quickly pull up simple metrics like how many open tickets we currently have or our yearly completion rates expressed as percentages which makes analysis harder than it should be.

awsome support with overlapping reports

Pros

Having around-the-clock live support is something I really value whenever I get stuck trying to figure things out. It removes a lot of the uncertainty when I'm learning how everything works and the team's guidance helps me make sure I'm actually using all the features to their fullest.

Cons

I struggle to find the precise report I need because so many of them cover almost the same topics and overlap considerably which turns searching into a confusing task and makes it difficult for me to pinpoint the exact report I'm after.

Clear workflows but tough setup

Pros

What I like most is how clear and simple the work order workflows are. Being able to instantly spot what needs attention and exactly which maintenance task is required takes a lot of stress out of my day.

Cons

It really bugs me that there aren't more pre-configured choices or clear setup guides for different kinds of users. Manually adjusting every single setting can feel daunting, particularly when I'm just getting started and still learning the ropes. A basic setup wizard or ready-made configuration template would make that first experience a lot less intimidating and far quicker to get off the ground , after that I could customize and refine things as I become more familiar with how everything operates.

Fully flexibletool with slow custom help

Pros

everything is very flexible, I can shape the whole experience to match exactly what I need for our processes. The editing tools are outstanding and the work-order email feature integrates simplely, doing exactly what we need for our workflow without hiccups.

Cons

It takes far too long to get help with custom views and getting someone on the phone is almost impossible these days. I'm repeatedly pushed toward emails or chat messages when a quick phone call would clear things up so much faster.

A rewarding and transparent upgrade

Pros

I've been genuinely impressed that this release kept everything we valued from the prior version while layering on a bunch of genuinely useful new features and workflows. Over time we've sent multiple requests to the devs and it's obvious they took our feedback to heart. The layout feels far more interactive now and has really sped up our day-to-day tasks , there's also a much greater sense of transparency across the board. The support team stands out as excellent, if they don't have an answer right away, they actually investigate with their colleagues and come back with a real fix. This update has improved accountability among our staff and made asset details far easier for field teams to access. Adapting to change can be rough but exploring the new capabilities has been rewarding. We needed an upgrade and this version aligns very well with what we were looking for.

Cons

Migrating our data from the old CMMS turned out to be more complicated than we expected. We're still ironing out some configuration tweaks as we work toward our ideal setup.

Great mobile help with clunky readings

Pros

Having access to a mobile app has been a big help for me. With so many departments and moving parts, the app really smooths out the implementation process across teams.

Cons

I'm somewhat frustrated that team members have to be given asset edit rights merely to submit meter readings. On top of that, the mobile app won't handle multiple readings for the same asset at once because it rejects decimals. I'd like the ability to record odometer and fuel/gas readings for a vehicle in one go.

Interactive but wants asset documents

Pros

Interface is instinctive and easy to move around in. Most times I don't have to search endlessly for a function or second-guess how to carry out a task , it pretty reliably walks me step-by-step and keeps things flowing smoothly.

Cons

I'd really like the ability to attach documentation directly to an asset, rather than only linking it to PMs or work orders. It would save me time and frustration if every relevant document showed up automatically whenever that particular asset appears in any view or workflow.

Great asset hub with tough first setup

Pros

It excels at pulling together all the key information needed to manage equipment properly. It really simplifies collecting everything into a single spot, and that convenience has made it much easier for me to monitor our assets and ensure items don't slip through the cracks or get overlooked during routine checks.

Cons

Setting everything up at the beginning was pretty challenging for me, particularly when I was trying to capture and enter all of the maintenance data for the very first time, it took a lot more effort and attention than I expected.

Easy for teams but not fully customizable

Pros

I'm really pleased with how easy it is for my team to use,navigation is interactive for everyone. Because it's web-based and accessible from anywhere, it fits neatly into our workflow and makes collaborating much more convenient.

Cons

We can not modify certain elements to align with our facility's specific requirements, which limits how well it adapts to our particular setup.

Pros

Smooth creation but limited barcode options

Pros

When I'm creating work orders, I can move through every step without any hiccups , the layout is smooth and really interactive, so there isn't much of difficulty to get started.

Cons

I'd love to see more options for barcode generation, having a variety of templates and size adjustments would help me tailor labels to fit my exact needs, rather than the limited choices available now.

Works great and limited by budget

Pros

Accessible anywhere but slow & awkward to use

Pros

Because it's browser-based, I can log in from any location which works out great when I'm working remotely or traveling for business.

Cons

I find the system to be fairly sluggish and moving between different screens feels awkward and not very easy.

Poor response times & support

Pros

There features are very user friendly and everything feels instinctive to find and operate.

Cons
