The frequency of email updates is excessive. The time in the queue doesn't always reflect the responsiveness to a request. Tracking KPIs could be made simpler, and the interface could be streamlined.

Additionally, updating work orders with parts on order information or scheduling details and automatically notifying the submitter via email is a great feature.

Our users have experienced no issues or complaints with the website, but we continuously receive reports regarding the malfunctioning of the mobile app. It would be preferable to have a proper mobile website for Asset Essentials that we can direct our team to when the app isn't functioning.
