Cons
The frequency of email updates is excessive. The time in the queue doesn't always reflect the responsiveness to a request. Tracking KPIs could be made simpler, and the interface could be streamlined.

For example, having pump serial and model numbers readily available in Asset Essentials saves a significant amount of time. The option to customize reports is valuable. Additionally, updating work orders with parts on order information or scheduling details and automatically notifying the submitter via email is a great feature.

Since implementing Asset Essentials in 2020, the mobile app has consistently been a source of frustration. Our users have experienced no issues or complaints with the website, but we continuously receive reports regarding the malfunctioning of the mobile app. It would be preferable to have a proper mobile website for Asset Essentials that we can direct our team to when the app isn't functioning.
