Scanning to identify items, adding multiple similar items, searchability, and scanning serial numbers are all beneficial features.

Cons

When doing an inventory, I want to inventory all items, not by department. I want a list of all similar items, with the department listed as part of the description. I want to access all information in one tab, not separated into different tabs.

We can't look up a user's device history, which would be helpful.

The software is easy to set up and configure. You can start using it almost immediately.

Cons

This might be a feature that exists, but we haven't figured it out yet. We can't look for items by scanning their asset tags and have to type the number in each time. We can only add assets by scanning the tags.

As a fire department, tracking all our critical equipment and their locations is crucial. Using AssetTiger has been a tremendous help for our agency to monitor where essential gear is and keep track of replacement plans for our items.

I can't think of anything negative; we've had no issues with the software.

Pros

The simplicity of use, the ability to scan barcodes, and input basic device information to get started is fantastic. Completing a school-wide inventory is now much easier. Before AssetTiger, we used spreadsheets, which took forever to finish an inventory.

Cons

One area that could be simpler is setting up a device for maintenance; locating the correct place is challenging.

The custom fields are excellent. Additionally, having the dashboard and statistics screen lets me see data immediately when logging in.

It would be useful to have fields in the maintenance section that include a hyperlink to a website.

I wish it had integrations like Azure AD, so I could import users and use SSO login.

Pros

I find it easy to operate. The mobile application simplifies inventory tracking and equipment check-ins/outs effortlessly. It's also excellent for conducting audits.

Cons

When inventory is deleted, there's no way to track who deleted it. An audit trail for deletions would be very helpful. This is the biggest issue I see with AssetTiger.

Pros

As an Operations Manager for a group of schools and colleges, deploying the software across campuses was a breeze, and training our staff was incredibly simple. I really value the ability to compartmentalize functions and permissions within the software and track an asset's history.

Cons

There was no notification to users when the vehicle reservation form was updated, and support was slow. This meant we couldn't reserve vehicles for a while. The mobile app isn't as intuitive as the web platform, so I prefer using the web version.

The cost is low compared to competitors, but the software is neither intuitive nor easy to navigate, contrary to what I expected.

Cons

Customer support is poor. There are no phone numbers or chat options, just email. It's unclear how to use the software and what it can do. We didn't receive any demos or training and had to figure it out ourselves. The paid plans are confusing; they use "points" instead of a yearly subscription, which is not clear at all.

AssetTiger is incredibly easy to set up and start using immediately. Keeping track of your assets is invaluable, and AssetTiger makes it effortless. Features like cloning assets to inventory large quantities of the same item are fantastic. Asset pictures are also a useful tool. We use a wireless scanner with AssetTiger, making it even more powerful. I love the ability to email the person checking out an asset with details about it.

Cons

There aren't any major drawbacks based on the price-to-value ratio. The ability to customize fields more would be a great improvement, but most necessary features are already included.

It's very simple to use, and you can customize it with your columns and add other extras.

Cons

Many of my colleagues aren't proficient in English, so they have to use Google Translate. It would be great to have a Spanish version of the setup.

AssetTiger makes my day-to-day life as a Service Technician much easier, providing a hub for storing all my device information and tracking where and who is using each device.

Overall, there's not much to complain about. Sometimes the option you're looking for isn't the easiest to find, but I don't have any major issues.

The mobility and ease of tracking are fantastic. The app and site offer the flexibility to use different tools to track and maintain your inventory.

It's missing a software license manager or integration with O365, Azure, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.

It's easy to use, setup is simple, the reporting features are excellent, and the mobile app is very useful.

The mobile app needs improvement and doesn't have all the features of the browser version.

The ability to customize asset fields to suit my needs is great. You can create categories and use various input forms like dropdowns. You can also customize the order in which fields are displayed on forms.

Cons

This is a tough one. There's nothing that really stands out as a problem. I once wanted an on-premises version, but I don't think that's necessary anymore. APIs for integration would be useful, but I haven't found them yet.

We needed a simple, well-priced program to manage our rental gear and facility equipment. We don't have many assets, but managing them with spreadsheets was becoming too much. We also wanted to better automate and log maintenance. AssetTiger does everything we need without breaking the bank.

Cons

I wish we could change some of the wording/text to match our internal company language.
