Really nice product, just needs a few improvements

Pros

The program is easy to use once you learn all the features. It does a great job of letting us know the location of assets in real-time and has been a useful tool in assessing asset values when items have been stolen.

Cons

The check-in/check-out feature needs work. You can't reassign an asset without checking it in and out again. Also, if an asset is marked as "disposed," you can't change its location.

good asset tracking software

Pros

It's flexible and easy to set up for asset tracking. We use it to track each device we sell to our customers.

Cons

The pricing model is a bit odd, and it needs third-party integrations like Odoo.

Pros

Great Option for us

Pros

I like that the software is free as long as labels are purchased through them.

Cons

Adding new companies/locations when checking out an asset is cumbersome. You have to back out and create the site before checking it out to the new location. It would be better to create from the asset screen.

very bad experience

Pros

After they suspended my account, I have nothing positive to say. There was no support, our work stopped, and all our asset data was gone.

Logical interface

Pros

Its easy to set up, everything makes sense and it gives most required information per asset.

Cons

I've noticed the search/filter is somewhat buggy, often sticking to the previous filtered results even after I log off and log back in. It also lacks integration with remote monitoring tools.

Pros

Getting started was really simple. I could import our data, set up custom fields and have everything running in no time.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. The tool feels well-balanced to me and includes exactly the features I need without unnecessary extras.

Can easily attach notes to assets

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is being able to attach documents and notes directly to each asset. It keeps everything organized. I also set up preventive maintenance schedules and receive email reminders so I don't miss routine tasks.

Cons

I'd like the audit function to be more simple because currently it's somewhat clunky. For example, I want to start an audit for a single asset right from the asset screen instead of having to move to different menus which interrupts my workflow.

captcha, currency and support are pain points

Pros

I like that this tool runs in the cloud so there's nothing to maintain, it offers a clean, user-friendly UI and includes sufficient features to be useful without overwhelming me with complexity. It performs all the basic functions you'd expect from a standard asset manager.

Cons

There are three main pain points for me. We're repeatedly getting blocked by a CAPTCHA even after we've had our IPs whitelisted by their team, the platform only supports a single currency and customer support is limited to an email address which feels inadequate when I need faster help.

appreciate the uncomplicated tracking

Pros

I'm really happy with how simple inventory tracking is. It wasn't complex and I was able to move my previous method into the system without trouble. It even lets me build a coding structure that suits our agency.

Meets my needs

Pros

What I really appreciate is how simple it is for users to manage. The system has been impressively adaptable and has fit nearly every need I've had so far. I've been a customer for almost three years and honestly have no complaints.

We use it to track SIM cards

Pros

We use this platform to manage our assets in a way that's different from what it was originally designed for. Because our business sells and rents SIM cards to customers, AT has proven to be the perfect tool for tracking every SIM that's out there in the field making inventory and deployment far easier to monitor.

Cons

Never had any problems in our daily operations with it. It would though, be really useful to offer a way to make a complete copy of our whole account configuration because we're in the middle of establishing another company that will require a very similar setup.

Accessible through app

Pros

I really appreciate how convenient it is to access the program through the app and that accessibility is a big advantage for me. That said, I'm unable to move an asset using the More Action tab inside the Asset View.

Cons

Customer service is only reachable by email which can be limiting when I need quicker help and the software also lacks integration or data transfer capabilities with our Skyward system.

Extremely flexible

Pros

We've found customization to be the real strength here. There are virtually no limits to what we can add or configure in this asset-tracking tool and that flexibility has genuinely improved how our team operates day-to-day. I also really appreciate the categories feature, it lets each user focus only on the equipment categories relevant to them which declutters workflows and speeds up finding the right items.

Cons

I wish the main asset list search let me filter directly by who an item is leased to. Right now I can't do that from the basic search. It's possible to find leased-to information but only by using the advanced search options which adds extra steps and makes quick lookups more complex for me.
