In the customer profile, I would prefer an option to indicate whether they have a contract with us or not. If they do, it should allow us to specify the contract duration. This feature would help us track clients with contracts and their terms.

There are a few minor frustrations... The software doesn't seem to function optimally on my Mac (home computer) some buttons are missing, and the app occasionally shows the wrong diary day for engineers. However, I've noticed significant improvements since the latest updates. It can be cumbersome to print invoices, requiring four clicks for each. Additionally, amending service sheets from the office is not possible, which can be frustrating when minor errors occur. Another annoyance is the inability to view feedback directly from the diary each job number must be typed into a separate tab. It would be helpful to see feedback when hovering over each job in the diary. One of my biggest gripes with Commusoft is the cumbersome process to close side panels, it prompts a confirmation dialog each time, which interrupts workflow. It would be much smoother if panels could be closed with a simple click outside, similar to closing service certificates or emails.

The software doesn't seem to function optimally on my Mac (home computer) some buttons are missing, and the app occasionally shows the wrong diary day for engineers. However, I've noticed significant improvements since the latest updates. It can be cumbersome to print invoices, requiring four clicks for each. Additionally, amending service sheets from the office is not possible, which can be frustrating when minor errors occur. Another annoyance is the inability to view feedback directly from the diary each job number must be typed into a separate tab. It would be helpful to see feedback when hovering over each job in the diary. One of my biggest gripes with Commusoft is the cumbersome process to close side panels, it prompts a confirmation dialog each time, which interrupts workflow. It would be much smoother if panels could be closed with a simple click outside, similar to closing service certificates or emails.
