“fits our workflow really well”
Pros
I liked how well this tool lined up with the way we already do things, especially with order tracking and inventory control. It blended into our current process without feeling forced and that made it a lot more helpful for everyday work. Once we got it in place, it felt like it actually supported our daily operations instead of making us change everything around it.
Cons
The main downside for me was the learning curve in the beginning. Getting familiar with the layout and figuring out where things were took a while, so moving around the system did not feel natural at first. After some time it got better but the first part of using it was a little frustrating.

“love the scheduler and dashboards”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience for me. It's a CMMS that feels simple to work with and it helps my team and the rest of the company stay on top of a lot of different tasks. I can keep an eye on OEE numbers, manage work orders and handle reporting without bouncing between a bunch of different tools. The newer X5 version also feels much better laid out than the older one which has made reporting more useful in my day-to-day work. The part I enjoy most is the scheduler. Being able to move work orders around with drag-and-drop right on the calendar saves me time and I like that I can check details without leaving that screen. The dashboards have also been really useful. I've liked being able to set them up for one person or for a whole team, because it helps everyone quickly see the info that matters most to them.
Cons
My issue with it is that it still doesn't work as well on mobile as I'd like and communication inside the platform feels pretty limited. Notifications can be sent through workflows but the actual conversations usually have to happen somewhere else, so details and history can get lost. That has made things harder for us at times. On the shop floor, a better phone or tablet experience would make a big difference, since a lot of techs end up waiting until later to enter updates instead of doing it right away. Another downside I've noticed is that bigger changes and bug fixes can take a while to roll out which gets frustrating when you're waiting on improvements. I've also wanted more flexibility with customization and faster progress with interactive plans. Some of the newer updates have helped but to me there's still a lot of room for that part of the system to get better.

“CMMS Review”
Pros
It's quick and easy to generate work orders and perform daily maintenance tasks.
Cons
The integration and setup process seems more cumbersome than necessary. Linking up with Excel to generate comprehensive spreadsheets requires more steps than expected. It has taken considerable trial and error on my part to format the information in a readable manner.

“eMaint CMMS Review”
Pros
Auto-generated work orders prove invaluable in maintaining our PM and sanitation scheduling, ensuring that no infrequent PM tasks are overlooked.
Cons
Since I missed out on the initial setup, I lack the background knowledge to revise existing parameters. I'm eager to invest more time in eMaint University to enhance my understanding and capabilities in eMaint.

“our experience with EMaint”
Pros
Unlike our previous software, this system offers significant sorting capabilities, which are important for our service/repair company as we consolidate various management tasks such as work orders, asset management, inventory management, and purchasing management. The ability to swiftly sort and locate items is a major advantage.
Cons
Throughout the implementation process, we felt rushed and received limited or sporadic assistance in customizing the software. After purchasing and implementing the software, we were essentially left on our own to watch instructional videos and set it up ourselves. Despite having it for over a year, we still struggle to fully use it for our company. We find ourselves relying on our previous software while trying to make the most of this software and its mobile app, but we're still in the process of setting up key features and fine-tuning others. While we did receive some assistance, it involved back-and-forth emails that were sometimes answered and sometimes ignored. Many times, our requests were not fully understood, and some matters were left unresolved. If you're seeking a company that ensures your software functions according to your preferences, sadly, this is not the one.

“flexible and perfect for small teams”
Pros
it has worked really well for us. I can set it up the way we need without it feeling confusing and that's been a big plus. Since we're a smaller company, the price makes a lot more sense than going with something like Maximo or SAP. It gives us a lot of options without being overwhelming which I really value.
Cons
I honestly haven't had any issues with it. Everything I've needed has been there and the system has felt clear and simple to move through. Up to this point, I haven't run into anything that's caused problems for me.

“daily work orders done right”
Pros
Day to day, I use this software all the time and it has been really handy for putting together work orders and scheduled maintenance jobs fast. It fits into my daily routine well and the whole process feels convenient enough that I can keep things moving without losing extra time.
Cons
The part that has been tough for me is the initial setup and getting everything connected. That side feels more clumsy than it should. When I try to link it with Excel and build useful, detailed spreadsheets, there are way too many steps involved. I've had to do a lot of testing and guessing just to get the data into a layout that actually makes sense and looks readable.

“all my records in one place”
Pros
Honestly, this has been really helpful for me. I can keep all my assets, records and inventory in one spot which makes staying organized a lot simpler. It saves me from bouncing between different tools just to keep up with important details and that has made my day-to-day work feel much more manageable.
Cons
main downside for me is that connecting one field to another takes longer than I thought it would. I ended up spending extra time learning how it works and getting those relationships set up the right way.

“really great for maintenance”
Pros
Using this tool has been a really good experience for me. The parts I use most for putting kits together, keeping up with inventory and setting up daily or weekly preventive maintenance have all been very helpful. Those features fit well with the way I work and they've been reliable for me in my everyday routine.
Cons

“perfect setup and flow!!”
Pros
Getting around the main parts felt pretty natural to me and the overall setup made sense right away. The PMs were simple to get going with and I didn't have to spend a ton of time figuring things out. A lot of the core tools are laid out in a practical way, so I was able to jump in and start using it without much trouble.
Cons
I still ran into a few things that were oddly difficult to find and that got annoying when I needed them fast. On my end, dealing with problems also took more effort than it should have. The process for fixing issues wasn't always very clear and I wish that part felt a lot more direct.

“work orders that just click”
Pros
I felt like making and handling work orders in this tool was really simple and that has made it helpful for both the manager and the techs on the team. More people can jump in and take care of these jobs without feeling shut out or confused which has made our day-to-day work feel a lot more organized and productive.
Cons
At this point, I honestly have not found much to complain about. The only thing that has been a little tricky for me is separating daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks clearly when looking at a report.

“keeping pm on track”
Pros
One thing that's been really helpful for me is the auto-created work orders. They keep our PM and sanitation plans moving the way they should and I stay a lot more on top of everything because of that. Even the maintenance jobs that only come up once in a while still get flagged, so nothing slips by. I've noticed that has helped us be a lot more consistent overall.
Cons
My biggest issue is that I wasn't involved when everything was first set up, so I feel like I'm missing some important context when it comes to changing the current settings. Because of that, I'm not always fully confident making updates. I'd really like to spend more time in it University so I can learn the system better and feel more comfortable using it.
