Cons
I wish there was an option to select multiple contacts at once for work order assignments. Integrating from EAM was a time-consuming process. Occasionally, there are server issues.

Pros
eMaint is exceptionally user-friendly and provides outstanding support. Its pre-built features cover a wide range of maintenance aspects, including work tracking, maintenance schedules, asset and inventory management, and much more.
Cons
While the software offers many tools for integration, I believe there is room for improvement in the tool integration feature, allowing seamless integration with any tool.

“loving the custom work orders”
Pros
I felt comfortable using this software. The biggest plus for me is that I can build my own work orders and track the exact details that actually matter for our business. That kind of flexibility has been really useful and overall it has worked out very well for me.
Cons
One thing that has been underwhelming for me is the charting in X4. It doesn't seem very advanced, so I've been checking out X5 in hopes that part is better. Beyond that, I honestly don't have many complaints.

Pros
One of the biggest reasons I enjoy using this tool is how much I can adjust it to match the way I work. Those settings give me a lot of control and that makes the whole system feel more personal and useful for my day-to-day tasks.
Cons
The annoying part is that nearly every new release seems to bring a new problem into the system. It also feels like most support attention has shifted to X5 which makes getting help harder than it should be.

There's a lot here that has worked really well for me. Getting to reports quickly has been a big help in my daily work and that saves me time all the time. The support team online has also been great whenever I've needed help which makes a difference. Having the CMMS on my phone has probably been the biggest win, since I can update and track work as I go. Because of that, I don't have to carry a notebook around or try to remember everything later in the day.
Cons
The main issue for me has been the way Fluke Mobile connects with the system. That link hasn't been dependable and I've seen enough drop-offs to feel unsure about the Fluke online connection features.

Pros
it is great to be able to jump into someone else's work, spot the problem and fix it without a bunch of back-and-forth. That saves me a lot of time and keeps things from getting stuck. When something goes wrong, I can handle it fast and keep everything on track.
Cons
Right now, I don't really have any major complaints. We're still growing and improving and I can already tell this tool will be a big part of helping us reach the next level.

this tool felt simple to use but it still gave me the features I needed to stay on top of maintenance tasks. Managing everything doesn't feel confusing or stressful which I really like. It helps me handle maintenance work in a practical way without making the whole process feel too complicated.
Cons
One thing that slowed me down was the amount of time it took to tailor everything to my needs. Adding information also required a lot of manual work, so setting it up the way I wanted took more effort than I expected.

This tool has been a big help for me when it comes to releasing PMs and putting together work orders without a bunch of extra steps. The reporting side is probably my favorite part. I also get a lot of value from the import and export features, bulk updates and the interactive plans. Those tools make it a lot easier for me to stay on top of daily maintenance planning and keep track of everything without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons
A few things could be better. I wish I could pick several contacts at once when assigning work orders because adding them individually gets annoying. The EAM integration also took longer than I expected and I've experienced random server problems that can slow things down in the middle of work.

Using this tool has been really nice for me. The system feels simple to work with and the support team has been amazing every time I've needed a hand. Another big plus is how many built-in tools it comes with. My maintenance crew and I can keep up with daily work, PM scheduling, asset records, inventory and a lot of other tasks all in one place.
Cons
I'd still like to see more flexibility connecting to other software. It works with a lot of tools which helps but I'd love to link almost any platform I use without feeling limited.

The online platform worked well for the admin side but the mobile app was the real standout for me. Our field crew could stay in touch and handle tasks a lot better when they were away from the office. That made a noticeable difference in how the team kept things moving during the day.
Cons
The biggest letdown for me was the training. It was hard to follow and not very helpful. When we needed direct support, it was tough to get time with someone. After the sale, the onboarding support seemed to drop off and we ended up paying for features we never fully set up or used.

One thing that has worked well for me is how much I can adjust the screens so they fit the way I handle my work. That flexibility has been really useful day to day. On top of that, I've had great experiences with the support team and whenever I've needed help, they've been responsive and helpful.
Cons
The hardest part for me has been dealing with accounts receivable. Billing problems come up almost every year, duplicate charges or incorrect invoices, and it turns into a long back-and-forth with emails and calls before it's fixed. I've wasted way too much time sorting out errors which makes me consider switching to another CMMS just to avoid these invoicing headaches.

The part I like most is being able to check fast which machines are working fine and which ones need fixing.
