“repair info right on hand”
Pros
Having all the repair and service details in one spot has been a huge help for me. I can pull up what I need fast instead of wasting time digging around for it. That alone makes my day run better and I feel a lot more organized and confident when I'm working.
Cons
The only hiccup on my end hasn't really been the system itself. It's mostly been getting employees comfortable with new tech. Some people need more time to adjust, so the rollout can feel a little slow at the beginning but that's more of a change-management issue than a problem with the platform.

“all my assets finally organized”
Pros
it is great that everything for our assets is in one spot, it has been a huge win for me. It also lets me assign PMs and keep tabs on whether they actually get finished which has really helped me stay ahead of maintenance tasks. Another thing I like is the reporting. I can check progress on both preventive maintenance and corrective work orders, so I always know what's already handled and what still needs work.
Cons
Toughest part for me was setting it up at the beginning. There was a learning curve with all the terms and I had to spend time figuring out what I even needed to ask. On top of that, I had to understand the system well enough to build things the right way from day one, otherwise I knew I'd end up going back and redoing a lot later.

“custom forms that fit us”
Pros
I really like that with this tool how much I can adjust the forms and reports to match exactly what my team needs. That kind of flexibility has been a big plus in our day-to-day work and it lets us pull the right details in the layout that makes the most sense for us instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all setup.
Cons
The main downside for me is that I still can't change document templates like purchase orders or work orders. That part feels pretty limiting, especially since other areas like forms and reports give me a lot more room to make things fit the way we want to use them.

“setup and support fell short”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful for me is the sorting. It's a lot better than what we had before and that matters a lot for a service and repair business like ours. We need one place to handle work orders, asset tracking, inventory, purchasing and other day-to-day stuff. Being able to pull up records fast and narrow things down without wasting time has helped me and my team quite a bit.
Cons
the problem for us was the rollout and everything that came after it. From the start, we felt pushed through the setup way too fast. Other than the first call and a short period of limited help, the guidance around configuration and custom changes felt all over the place. Once we got through implementation, it seemed like we were mostly left to watch videos and try to piece the rest together ourselves. Even after more than a year, I still don't feel like we're using the system anywhere close to the way we should be for our business. We're still leaning on our old program while only partly using this one and the mobile app and at the same time we're still trying to finish the main setup and tweak the remaining features. Support hasn't been completely absent but a lot of it has come through long email chains and those replies have been hit or miss. There were also times when what we asked for got misread and a few problems never really got fixed. If someone wants a vendor that stays involved and makes sure the system actually fits the company, I wouldn't say that was my experience here.

“reliable CMMS with helpful support”
Pros
Using it has been a really good experience for me. It works well as an all-in-one CMMS and it helps me keep up with work orders without things feeling messy or confusing. One thing I really like is being able to get the exact KPI info I need. When something needs to be customized, the support team has been there to help me pull the right numbers so I can follow the data that matters most to me.
Cons
only downside for me is that there are some fields and items I can't update myself. Because of that, I have to contact support to make those changes which can be a little annoying at times. That said, they've always been responsive and have taken care of the problem pretty fast whenever I've reached out.

“all-in-one tracking that delivers”
Pros
it has been really useful for me because it covers a lot in one system. I can keep up with inventory, labor time and asset parts without jumping between different tools and that helps me stay on top of things. Another thing that really helped was the interactive maps. Even people on my team who are not very tech-savvy can figure it out and use it without much confusion.
Cons
At first, the reporting side took me a while to get used to and I had to spend some time learning how everything worked. The setup and options felt a little confusing in the beginning. Still, once I got the hang of it, I was able to customize reports a lot and build exactly what I needed.

“eMaint Point of View”
Pros
I didn't have any choice in using this system since it's the one mandated by the company.
Cons
What I've observed is that you constantly need to contact the IT team for assistance, even with small and supposedly easy tasks. It's not particularly user-friendly, as you have to rely on IT to fix even minor issues. It feels like they have complete control, which is not ideal.

“Manager Representative”
Pros
I opted for eMaint because it was widely used by a large company, providing stability and reliable software. The main purpose of using eMaint is to manage multiple buildings and maintain a comprehensive physical asset database.
Cons
Users often face inconveniences, especially with the work order tools, which are overly complicated for daily use. The platform feels outdated compared to alternatives like Limble, Monday, and Upkeep.

“custom setup and helpful support”
Pros
Right from the beginning, this tool felt simple to get into which made the whole setup a lot less stressful for me. Another thing that really impressed me was the support team. Whenever I had a question, they got back to me fast and actually helped instead of sending generic replies. The part I enjoy most is being able to adjust the interface to fit how I work, because it makes the software feel more personal and comfortable to use every day.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything bad to say. Nothing has come up yet that feels like a problem or something I'd need to complain about.

“too dependent on IT help”
Pros
This is the platform my company uses, so it's the one I end up working in by default. I don't really have another choice here and it's basically part of my day-to-day because that's what our team runs on.
Cons
Honestly, I keep running into issue after issue and having to reach out to the IT team way more than I should. Even little things that feel like they should be simple to fix on my own usually turn into another support request. A lot of the control seems to sit on their end and for me that makes the whole system feel frustrating and not very friendly to use.

“great value and helpful support”
Pros
it feels pretty simple for me to start with it and setting it up didn't take much effort either. The pricing has been fair in my experience which made it a lot more worth it. Another thing that worked well for me was the support team. Anytime I reached out, they got back to me fast and actually helped fix the problem.
Cons
There are still a couple of weak spots I've run into. The language options feel a bit limited and that can be a problem depending on what someone needs it for. I've also had some trouble with data conversion a few times and honestly, that part has been a little annoying.

“helpful support and quick learning”
Pros
this tool felt very easy to me, so getting around it and figuring things out did not take long. A big plus for me has been the large it library with all the guides and training options, since that helped me get comfortable with the system a lot faster. Another thing that really made a difference was the team behind it. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to help and that kind of support made my experience even more positive.
Cons

Pros
very natural to use!! It's simple to work with and I like that it handles a smaller group of users really well. That setup matches what I need, so things stay clear and manageable without feeling too basic.

“love how user-friendly it is....”
Pros
Getting started with this tool took me no time and it felt natural to use right away. After trying other options, this one has been way more approachable and a lot less annoying to move around in. Another big plus for me has been the support team. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and were actually helpful.
Cons
The main thing I still struggle with is putting reports together. That part isn't as clear as the rest of the platform and it took me longer to understand than I expected. Still, whenever I reached out to support, they walked me through it and helped me get it sorted.

“asset tracking works, daily use doesn't”
Pros
We went with it mostly because a big company was already using it and that made me feel better about how dependable it would be. The main reason I kept using it was its ability to handle several buildings and store a big list of physical equipment all in one system. For that part, it did the job I needed and gave me one place to stay organized.
Cons
A lot of the software feels a bit awkward when used every day. The work order side, in particular, seems more involved than it should be which makes routine tasks take longer. Compared with newer tools like Limble, Monday and UpKeep, it feels somewhat old-fashioned.
