“really helpful for campus use”
Pros
it is pretty simple for me as a university user. The layout makes sense and getting around it never feels confusing. On top of that, the support team has been quick to reply and actually helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have much to complain about. It's been doing what I need well and I haven't run into any major issues so far.

“all-in-one tracking that helps”
Pros
Having everything together in one spot has been really helpful for me. I can pull reports when I need them and all the details stay organized without a lot of extra work. That setup makes the software feel a lot more convenient to use and it helps me keep up with everything better.
Cons
part that bugs me is adding photos. It's not as simple as I'd want and uploading images feels more awkward than it should. That area definitely needs some work.

“really helpful for branch tracking”
Pros
it has made my daily work a lot more manageable, especially when I need to monitor assets across multiple branches. Everything feels easy, so I can keep things in order without getting buried in too much stuff at once. That alone has helped me stay on top of my tasks. Another thing that has been a big plus for me is the newer messaging feature. Right from the it screen, I can contact my service techs without jumping between different tools and that saves me time and cuts down on extra hassle during the day.
Cons
main problem I still have is with the messaging tool. There's no way for me to remove or clear out messages after the issue has been handled. If I send a tech a note about a work order, I don't really get a clear signal later that the problem was taken care of. Because of that, I still have to open the work order again and check it on my own. That extra follow-up feels unnecessary and I'd really like a way to delete messages once everything is resolved so I can tell the issue is already done.

“really well organized setup”
Pros
Using this has felt very natural for me from the start. The layout just clicks and I can get around without stopping to figure things out. Everything seems put together in a clear, tidy way, so when I need something, it's right where I expect it to be. That kind of setup has made the whole experience feel really comfortable and pleasant to use.
Cons
Up to this point, I really don't have anything bad to say. Nothing has gone wrong for me and I haven't noticed any issues that would make me complain. the software has been great the whole time and I haven't come across anything that feels like a drawback yet.

“setup costs too much”
Pros
I have not found much to be happy about so far. The whole getting-started process felt like a letdown and the price ended up being a lot higher than I expected.
Cons
They sold me on something that was supposed to be simple to use but that has not been my experience at all. We even paid extra for onboarding help and the reports still are not working the way they should. Most of the time when I contact support, I just get sent to a help article and told to come back later instead of getting actual one-on-one assistance. At this point, I really wish someone from their team would just walk me through the setup instead of leaving me to sort it out by myself.

“maintenance notes keep me organized”
Pros
What's been really helpful for me is the maintenance scheduling for our equipment. I also like being able to add important notes for certain machines that need extra attention. That setup helps me stay on top of service details and keeps everything in one place, so I feel a lot more organized.
Cons
I really don't have any actual issues to point out. This is still my first time using the software and I'm getting used to how everything works. Since I'm still learning the system, I haven't come across anything yet that I'd call a real problem.

“works well for our crew”
Pros
One thing that really impressed me is how simple this system is to use, even for mechanics on our team who usually stay away from computers. When they need to look up equipment or find related parts, they can get around it without a lot of trouble. I've also noticed that some of our older employees picked it up pretty quickly which tells me it fits real day-to-day shop work really well.
Cons
main issue for me isn't really the system itself. Our corporate office is pushing the whole company toward SAP, so that puts some pressure on whether we'll be able to keep using this one long term.

“custom fit with amazing support”
Pros
This tool has been a really great fit for us. I've been able to tweak a lot of it to match how our team actually works, so it feels way more built around our needs instead of making us follow some strict setup. That kind of flexibility has made a big difference for me. On top of that, the support team has been awesome. Whenever I've needed help, they've replied fast, been very helpful and honestly made the whole experience even better.
Cons
main problem I've had is with the FLUKE dashboard, mostly when I need to update sensor settings quickly. That part feels a bit clunky to me and not as fast as it should be. When time matters, it can definitely slow things down more than I'd want.

“flexible setup that fits well”
Pros
the thing I liked most was how much I could tweak this tool to match the way I work. It felt pretty simple to get used to for most of what I needed and I was able to set things up without a lot of hassle. That made using it feel more useful day to day and for me the flexibility is a big reason it stands out.
Cons
main thing I feel is missing is some kind of backup or undo feature for deleted data. If something gets removed by mistake, I'd really want a way to bring it back. Having that kind of recovery option would make me feel a lot safer and more comfortable using it.

“clean design and great tools”
Pros
I liked how the platform looks and feels. It has a clean layout and I can get around without having to figure things out for too long. At the same time, it still gives me enough depth to handle what I need, so it doesn't come across as too basic or stripped down.
Cons
only real downside for me is that a few options I've had in other systems still seem to be missing in it. It's not a huge deal but I have noticed a couple of things I wish were built in.

“packed with useful tools”
Pros
There's a lot here that I genuinely enjoy using. The platform comes with a great mix of tools and everything feels neatly arranged in a way that makes sense to me. Because of that, I can get around without wasting time or feeling lost which makes my day-to-day work a lot more comfortable.
Cons
main hassle for me is still having to use some functions in X3 while depending on others in X4. That back-and-forth between versions can be a little annoying at times, especially when I'm trying to get things done without breaking my flow.

“support and rollout have been awesome”
Pros
I felt like the layout made sense and didn't slow anyone down, no matter their skill level. Getting started was pretty quick and that made a big difference for our team. Another thing that really helped me was how fast the support team gets back to us whenever something comes up. On top of that, it U has been a really helpful place for me to learn new tips and pick up useful ways to get more out of the system. The training setup overall has felt really strong. We've also grown a lot with it. At first, we were only using it in five facilities and now we've added three more, with a ninth planned by summer. Each time we brought on a new site, it felt more organized and less stressful than the last one. To me, that says a lot about how the rollout process keeps getting better. Day to day, the platform has been very manageable and the webinars have given me plenty of chances to keep learning and build up my knowledge over time.
Cons
Every so often, an update changes how things look on the screen and that can feel a little awkward at first. Most of the time, those changes do end up helping with daily work but there is sometimes a short adjustment period for the team. We definitely noticed that when some new processes were introduced. Still, after a bit of time, everyone got used to the changes and settled into the new way of doing things.

“flexible setup that really delivers”
Pros
it is great that how much you can shape it around the way your team works. It lets me build out processes, workflows and reports for all kinds of business setups and day-to-day operations. That kind of range makes a big difference, because the system can fit different needs instead of making everyone work the same way. For me, that makes it a great choice for teams that want something adaptable.
Cons
The admin side was not as easy as I hoped and using it did not always feel very friendly. Since it gives you a lot of room to adjust things, I had to spend a pretty good amount of time setting it up the way I wanted. There is definitely a learning curve and in my experience, you need some patience and a decent grasp of the platform to really use it well.

“flexible controls and fast support”
Pros
I really like that how much control this system gives me. I can decide exactly what each user is allowed to see or use and that has made handling permissions a lot better on my side. The support team has also been a huge plus for me. Any time I've reached out with a problem or a question, they've gotten back to me fast and most of the time everything is fixed in one call.
Cons
Getting started was a bit intimidating for me because the menus and workflow setup were not very easy at first. It took some time to understand where everything was and how it all connected. Having some database knowledge definitely helps, in my opinion. The interface can do a lot but it also takes a while to really get used to it. Because of that, I'd say the training boot camp is probably worth it since it would make the setup and learning process a lot less stressful.

“web access that really helps”
Pros
One thing that has really worked well for me with it is that it's online, so my team and I can pull it up on our phones and iPads instead of being stuck at a computer. My maintenance crew uses it to check work orders and send in requests and that has made our daily coordination a lot more convenient. Another big plus for me has been the training materials and support team, since they've helped the whole system feel simple to learn and use.
Cons
The biggest headache for me with this CMMS and honestly with most systems like it, is the setup at the beginning. There's a lot of data that has to be typed in by hand, so building everything out takes a good amount of time and effort to get all the details entered.

“custom filters and time savings”
Pros
I liked how much control this tool gives me with the filters. I can drill down to the exact details I want without wasting time and it helps me see the full picture of the work in only a few steps. The built-in automation has also made a big difference for us. We get things done faster and our records stay a lot more accurate and organized than before.
Cons
One downside I've run into is that a few parts of the system are not very clear unless I've gone through the training Fluke offers. That might not be a big deal for a bigger company but for me as a small business owner, paying for the full training is tough to fit into the budget.

“reliable for years.....”
Pros
After using this software for around six years, I can say it has been very dependable for us. We have not had any big downtime that got in the way of our day-to-day work and that means a lot to me. Since I use it for calibration and maintenance work, trust in the system is a huge deal. We also went through FDA validation, so I need something I can count on. Another big plus is how much it can cover. It has worked well for our plant operations, equipment tracking and even fleet-related tasks without making me feel boxed in. The built-in KPI reporting also saves me time which I really value. Any time I needed help with the basic setup, the it support team was there for me without charging extra. Having access to support around the clock through the subscription gives me even more peace of mind.
Cons
One part that gave me trouble was building custom reports and setting up sorting the way I wanted. That side of it did not feel very clear to me at first and it took more time than I expected to learn. Still, whenever I got stuck, I was able to reach out to support and they were always willing to help me sort it out.

“packed with useful tools”
Pros
I could tell itenance gave our team a lot in one place. It handled everything we needed and honestly came with more features than I expected at first. The part I liked most was how adaptable it is. We got help adjusting different sections so it fit the way our company actually works and that made a big difference for me. At the start, I mainly used it to keep up with assets, downtime and labor spending. Later on, we were able to branch out into parts tracking and inventory too which made it even more valuable for our day-to-day work.
Cons
The only real downside for me is the reporting side. It can do a lot but putting those reports together feels a bit tricky and takes some figuring out. Still, I never feel stuck for long because support is there when needed and I can usually get help with a quick call.
