Getting started didn't take long for me at all, even coming in with zero background. The whole setup made sense pretty quickly and once I got the hang of it, training other people on my team was pretty easy too.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is that the platform feels a bit dated in some areas and there are built-in wait times. That five-second pause doesn't seem like a big deal at first but when I'm repeating the same task over and over, it definitely gets annoying and wastes time.

the asset import tool was the part that really worked for me. I was able to take our Excel sheet with all our data and bring it straight into the system which made the whole setup feel really simple on my end. Now that I've had some time to look around, it seems like once I get more comfortable with the full process, this should fit into our current way of working really well.
Cons
At this point, I'm still pretty new to the tool, so I haven't noticed anything missing or out of place. Integrating it into our existing process has been smooth and nothing has stood out as needing a change.

Getting started with this product felt very simple and I've seen a clear boost in our maintenance work and day-to-day efficiency. Another big plus for me was how well it connected with the systems we already use. Everything fit into place without any hassle and from what I've seen, it worked just the way we needed it to.
Cons

One thing I really like about this tool is the support team. Every time I've needed help, they've been there and actually useful. The software also gives me a lot to work with, with tons of features and the freedom to set things up the way I want. On top of that, I've noticed the platform gets updates pretty often which makes it feel well cared for and always getting better.
Cons
The part that still feels a bit frustrating is building KPIs and reports. That area could be more simple because setting everything up takes more time and effort than I expected.

I could tell this was made with service teams and managers in mind. The layout feels thoughtful and it was pretty easy for me to get started with the basics. Once I spent more time in it, I noticed there was a lot more depth than most people probably ever get shown. It really feels like the system can do a lot if you dig into it. The only thing that held me back on that side was training. I learn better with in-person, hands-on help and since the paid training was not really an option for me, the tutorial content did not do much for me.
Cons
The biggest issue for me is that the platform can behave differently depending on the browser which gets annoying. I'd also love live AI support built into the asset table, along with instant status updates on fleet readiness. Being able to see quickly whether a unit is being worked on, waiting for maintenance, waiting on parts, waiting for quote approval, or tied to a technician's clock-in/clock-out would make a huge difference. Something like the old 3M VIDS/MAF system from military aircraft maintenance, updated with AI and a modern digital display, would be extremely useful.

It also connected well with the other tools I already use which made it fit into my routine without a bunch of extra steps. On top of that, the cost feels fair for what you get and that made it an even better deal for me.
Cons

Getting parts, assets and work orders into the system has been really simple for me which saves a lot of time during the day. The reporting side is also one of my favorite parts. We can tweak reports however we want and that gives our team a lot more control over the info we need to track.
Cons
mobile side is the biggest gap for me. At our plant, both production and maintenance teams use it but there isn't enough control over what each tech can see. It would help a lot if we could customize the columns shown on mobile. I'd also love a better calibration tool that lets us enter several readings at once, calculates percent error automatically and clearly marks pass or fail.

Having everything in one system has been a huge plus for me. I can keep tabs on fleet, equipment and facilities all in the same place instead of bouncing between separate tools. It also lets me stay on top of projects and inventory in one platform which has made working with other departments in our township a lot more organized and practical.
Cons
There was definitely a learning curve for me at the beginning, so I didn't pick it up immediately. Still, the IT team and IT University were really helpful in training our admins and getting us running. We also attended a Boot Camp in Florida which made understanding the system much easier.

Pros
After using it for a few years, I can say it has worked really well for our team. Getting everything up and running went better than expected and once my asset list was in, setting up PMs and inspection routines was pretty simple. We use it all the time to organize, assign and track our preventive maintenance work and it does a great job helping us stay on top of it. When inspections get finished, the system helps us turn those into repair work orders and it also handles requests that come in from different departments for repair and urgent jobs. Our safety group uses it too which has been really helpful for keeping tabs on inspections and asset conditions for things like fire extinguishers, fire protection systems, emergency lights, chlorine alarms and other equipment. More recently, I've been using it to log and monitor the age of important parts like motors and gearboxes. Overall, it has been a very practical system for us. Everyone can get the details they need, we can print and close work orders on time and the admin side still stays protected.
