“reporting and records are a win”
Pros
Reporting has been a big win for me as well. I can build reports that clearly show asset data which makes tracking everything much easier. It also strikes a nice balance between being easy to use for daily tasks and offering deeper features when I need more. Moving away from paper records into the system has made a big difference too, since everything is now organized and stored in one place.
Cons
part that slows me down the most is setting up and grouping activities. That piece can be confusing and takes more work than it should to get everything organized properly.

“maintenance tracking done right”
Pros
This tool has really helped me stay on top of maintenance work, especially when it comes to preventive maintenance and corrective work orders. The job and parts request setup keeps communication clear and helps me track everything without confusion. I also like having cloud storage for photos, documents and other files so everything stays in one place. On top of that, the support team has been great and I really value being able to adjust the system to fit my needs instead of changing my process.
Cons
main downside for me is that it doesn't have as many features as some pricier options. Even so, considering the price and how quickly I could start using it, that gap doesn't feel like a huge problem.

“flexible setup and helpful support”
Pros
Another thing that impressed me is how easy it is to tailor the system as our needs change. We regularly update forms and tweak workflows and it's been very manageable. The support team has also been consistently responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out which adds a lot of value to the overall experience.
Cons
mobile side is the biggest gap for me. At our plant, both production and maintenance teams use it but there isn't enough control over what each tech can see. It would help a lot if we could customize the columns shown on mobile. I'd also love a better calibration tool that lets us enter several readings at once, calculates percent error automatically and clearly marks pass or fail.

“packed with data and reporting”
Pros
I also appreciate how much data I can store in the system without running into limits. That's important for me, especially when combined with the reporting tools that give a clear view of what's happening. It makes it much easier to track key metrics and review important information without extra effort.
Cons
There was definitely a learning curve for me at the beginning, so I didn't pick it up immediately. Still, the IT team and IT University were really helpful in training our admins and getting us running. We also attended a Boot Camp in Florida which made understanding the system much easier.

“flexible, simple and reliable tool”
Pros
Using the tool feels easy but it still gives me the freedom to work the way I prefer. I never feel restricted while using it which makes a big difference. The support team has also been excellent whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
asset structure feels a bit limited. There are only so many hierarchy levels and without a tree-style view, browsing assets isn't as clear as I'd like. Navigating larger asset lists can feel clunky and it doesn't handle more layered setups very well.

“great fit for maintenance”
Pros
It really feels like this software was built with facilities maintenance in mind which fits perfectly with the kind of work I do. Getting everything set up was smooth and I was able to adjust it to match our processes without much difficulty.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is a color setting that highlights overdue PMs in red so they really stand out. It might already exist somewhere in the scheduler but I'm still figuring that part out.

“department reports that really help”
Pros
One feature I find especially useful is the ability to pull reports for each department separately. That way, I can get exactly the details I need without sorting through unnecessary information, making it much easier to manage and stay organized.
Cons
The biggest thing missing for me is a mobile app. I'd love to pull up records and update details while out in the field instead of going back to a desktop every time. Being tied to a computer feels restrictive and mobile access would make collecting BOM and parts data on the spot much more practical for our team.

“really flexible and reliable platform”
Pros
This system has worked out really well for me because the main features do their job consistently. I've had a great experience with PM auto-generation, building reports, asset history, stock tracking, purchasing, work orders, outside sensor connections and user setup. A big thing for me is how much can be tailored to fit our organization. Most tables and forms can be changed around, so required fields, auto-fill options and email links can all be set up through the local admin without a lot of trouble. On top of that, we're able to create workflows that fill in data automatically which saves me time and reduces manual work. Another part I really like is the reporting flexibility since I can customize reports across the tables I'm allowed to use. For us, the mix of flexibility, cost, support and overall fit has been a really strong match. I've also been very pleased with tech support and having a dedicated CMS there when needed.
Cons
A few things still feel outdated to me. Exports and reporting use older Office file types, so it works with .xls instead of .xlsx which is a bit annoying. Requisitions also still run through the X3 platform and that feels behind compared to the rest of the system. One other drawback is that it data can only be shared through reports, so it doesn't connect straight to an ERP for payment processing.

“custom setup that fits me”
Pros
I liked how much I could tailor this software to my business. I was able to build custom reports, add my own fields and set up views that match the way I work instead of making me follow a fixed layout. That kind of freedom has been really useful for me because I can shape it around what I actually need day to day.
Cons
downside, at least for me, is that having so many options can get a little tricky. There were times when setting up certain tools or adjusting features the way I wanted took longer than expected. Still, the support team has been really helpful whenever I got stuck and that made the whole learning process a lot less frustrating.

“love the flexible add-ons”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about it is that it runs online, so I can log in from almost anywhere instead of being stuck in one place. Over time, it has also been pretty simple for me to keep up with which matters a lot day to day. Another big plus is being able to add tools like Material Requests and Interactive Plans when our company needs them. I've also been happy that we can grow the system without getting hit with extra costs.
Cons
For me, it is the move from X4 to X5. We've been on X4 for about three years and I've been looking forward to the newer version. It's just taking longer than I hoped because X5 still doesn't fully support every feature from X4 yet and that has been a little frustrating.

“love the custom query options”
Pros
Being able to pull data from almost any table and combine tables when I need deeper details has been a huge plus for me. That kind of access helps a lot when the regular screens are not enough. I also like that I can save my own views and queries, so getting back to the data I use all the time is much quicker. Another thing that works really well for me is the way recurring maintenance can be set up in different ways, like by date or meter readings, with static or shadow choices. That flexibility makes the system feel like it can fit the way I work instead of forcing me into one setup.
Cons
main downside I have run into is updating or changing existing forms. At times, that part feels clunky and not very user-friendly. It usually takes more know-how than an average person would probably expect, so making form edits can end up being more work than it should be.

“flexible setup and useful reporting”
Pros
I liked how adaptable this system is. We were able to fit it to the way our team already works instead of changing everything just to match the software. That made a big difference for me. It also lets us begin with the basics and add more advanced features later which feels a lot more realistic than having to do everything at once. Another thing that really helped was the reporting. I can get a much better view of real costs, future spending, team workload and the details we need for planning and budgeting. On top of that, the platform has been very user-friendly for both admins and techs. Scheduling and workload management feel clear, organized and actually useful in day-to-day work.
Cons
One area I'd still like more help with is the documentation for smaller work instructions, especially in a searchable format. When I updated a task, it wasn't clear that I also had to publish that change to every asset tied to it. Now I understand why that step exists but at the time it wasn't obvious, especially for someone like me without a programming background. I'd also love more tutorials or step-by-step guides for building reports, because that would make the system a lot more helpful for regular users.

“really pleasant to use”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool felt natural to use. I didn't have to spend much time figuring anything out and everything made sense pretty quickly. Moving around the platform feels simple, the layout is clear and working in it has been comfortable overall. For me, it's one of those tools that just feels friendly and uncomplicated from day one.
Cons
I'd also like to see improvements in how the interactive plans behave. That part could use more polish and be a bit more responsive while I'm working with it.

“helpful for staying organized”
Pros
This software has been a big help for me when it comes to keeping things in order and tracking records the way we should. Before using it, we were missing both of those pieces and now that gap feels a lot smaller. It's also helped me notice other ways to improve plant growth and how the team shares information, just because the system brings more stuff into view. Since this is the only CMMS tool I've used, I can't really stack it up against others but I've honestly been happy with how much it has lightened my workload.
Cons
It's been frustrating at times hearing that the platform can be shaped to fit almost anything and set up without much hassle, because that hasn't fully matched my experience. It handles simple daily tasks and a lot of mid-level work fine but when I hit more advanced problems, things get less clear and those issues still aren't fully resolved for me.

“clean layout and fast navigation”
Pros
I liked how neat and well set up everything looks. I can get through the system without feeling turned around and making work orders, PMs and inventory entries feels pretty simple to me. The way everything is arranged just makes sense, so I usually can jump in and use it without needing much help.
Cons
Something that slows me down a bit is the approval process for multiple work order requests. When I approve several at once, it sends me back to the work orders screen instead of the requests list. That breaks my flow and makes working through a batch more annoying than it needs to be.

“really helpful for work orders”
Pros
Getting started with this software was pretty simple and I had no trouble figuring my way around it. It has been really useful for creating and keeping maintenance request orders organized and that has made this part of my daily work feel a lot more under control.
Cons
I'm still hoping for an Android app since that would make it much easier for me and my team to work on the go. I'd also like a few more backend or advanced technical options to make the platform feel more complete.

Pros
Keeping up with inventory in it has been really easy for me and that takes a lot of the hassle out of my day. Another big plus is how much I can tailor it to fit the way my company works. Being able to tweak the system and add features as our needs change is a huge reason I've had such a good experience with it.
Cons
A basic bulk label printing option is another feature I wish it had. Our old software handled that without any trouble. The label report works okay but for everyday labeling, it doesn't feel like a full replacement.

“keeping fleet records on point”
Pros
One thing that has really helped me with it is how well it keeps complete records for our fleet, including the full repair history. Having all of that in one spot makes it a lot simpler for me to manage maintenance, check past work and keep track of what has been done over time.
Cons
I honestly haven't had any big issues. The only minor annoyance is that getting back to a specific asset can take a few extra clicks since I have to go through a couple of screens first.

“work orders are simple”
Pros
Getting a work order done feels really clear for technicians and I had no trouble following that part during regular use. Day to day, that side of the system was pretty simple to work through.
Cons
The biggest letdown has been the lack of a real user guide. Much of the help content is presented as examples, blog posts, articles, or videos which makes it harder to get straight answers. When I contact support, I often get pointed back to those same resources instead of direct help. Even basic questions sometimes seemed tough for the "experts" to answer, so I'd be careful recommending it unless someone already had a good handle on the system.

“really flexible and dependable”
Pros
Right from the beginning, I was able to get comfortable with this tool without much trouble. One thing I really enjoy is how much I can tweak it to fit the way I work. When the standard setup doesn't quite do what I need, the support team has been very helpful and works with me to get it dialed in. A huge bonus for me is being able to handle bulk updates right in the interface instead of messing with database tables by hand. Overall, it's been reliable for me and does what I need when I need it.
Cons
Some reporting features took me a while to understand, especially with joins and table relationships. It helps if you already know some database basics. Even so, whenever I ran into issues, the team helped me build the reports I needed, so I never felt completely stuck.
